Yummmy Sunflower Oil 32 ozUsed the sunflower oil to deep fry some bean curds. The smoke point is high such that there are no smokes . Plus it tastes good. Just that the 32 oz package is kind of not enough for big inch frying pots.

If you're looking for an oil that is light in taste and color plus scent-free, this is it! I'm using this product for stir-frying as it can handle the heat and doesn't overwhelm the delicate flavor of my vegetables. I read that it's supposed to be better for me than canola and I'd love to switch over completely but it's so much more expensive.

High quality oil and a good value.

I was impressed with the clarity of this oil and even after use, the oil was still as clear. All the residue from frying, stayed on the bottom of the pan, so my food stayed clean as I fried, multiple batches. It didn't leave any taste on the food and my Chalupas were a lot less greasy, than with my other brand. This also seemed to heat up faster, which made my cooking easier and faster. A healthy alternative for frying foods.

Sunflower oil has several advantages, especially for higher temperature techniques like stir fry or shallow frying. It can go to high Temps without burning and has a neutral flavor. It can also be put in a squirt bottle to mist foods before air frying.

This sunflower oil is very thin, very clear, and very liquid. It does not have much smell, and almost no unique taste if you eat it with salad.The main virtue of sunflower oil is that it is among the better oils for high temperature cooking because it has a high smoke point. Probably, I won't use this oil for salad dressing, but mostly for high temperature cooking.

Tried this as an alternative to canola oil. I think this is much healthier but taste wise, it wasn't distinct.

We used this for a couple of cooking situations. The first was popcorn and it worked well, took the heat well and did not give any flavors to the food. Also used a little to saute veggies and again, worked well without any change to flavor. Third use was a small amount used in the Hive Beetle traps we needed to put in our hive, apparently worked well there too but probably not a high popularity use. It is a nice low scent, clear oil. We are very happy with it. Perhaps a little pricey for cooking oil, but seems to be a quality product.
