I bought this welding vest to go over a coat for when I need to weld outside in cold conditions. There's a lot of bigger sizes to choose from and the sizing chart was accurate, this is perfect for my application. The stitching seems solid all around. I was surprised to get such a good quality item at this price point. Highly recommended.

It's a welding jacket. Is it sexy? Well that depends on your definition of sexy but it's not going to win any fashion shows anytime soon. Does it work? Yes, provides good protection and it's soft. Decent quality material, thick enough to stop splatter but not too thick that it's stiff. Size was accurate. Yeah it smells like leather.
