Fabulous little desk top model
Lovely little model of this iconic aircraft, for a 1/144 scale the detailing is superb, one reviewer mentions that his came with a tail plane rudder un painted,,,this is part of that particular Squadrons markings, and shows great attention to detail, wish they did one with the undercarriage down,I'd buy both

Great model
Bought for my husband to put next to his model Spitfire! It didn’t disappoint. We liked the fact it also came with the magazine explaining the story behind the specific plane it’s modelled on.

Superb model
Just received this model, the detail is excellent and relates to a specific raid, that 617 Squadron, was involved in and this aircraft had a replacement part, which is included on the model. More than delighted with it. Good value for money and a pleasure to own!!

I bought this for my son but the tail was damaged when removing from the packaging, not worth the money. He has others which are far better quality. You get what you pay for.

A great model - oh to be young again!
I got my father this as a present (ex navigator). He was delighted. It's a great little model with a reasonable level of detail (and propellers that move). The stand sets it off nicely. There are several companies that produce this type of die cast model that seem all pretty similar. I got this one purely for the size.I am a relative youngster, but this aircraft stirs up great affection in me and the model does the same. I have ordered one for myself now. Great for the desk or a display (careful - if on the desk one might be easily distracted from work). My only niggle is that the stand is relatively cheap looking close up. I am not sure how it could be improved - it just contrasts with the quality of the plane a little. It really is a minor point though.
