Instructions not clear but seller provided refund.
Instructions were very poor. Extra power wires will be needed.

Poor customer suport and product, in my opinion.
When I purchased this item for my disabled father I read in the descriptor that return of item was available if it did not work out. What they fail to mention is that you will be covering that cost of return. Due to the weight it cost $110.00 to return the items. The company had also promised to provide an installation video that they offered when I requested assistance with the installation. They never provided it and therefore I chose to return the item. I could not figure out how to keep the door from knocking me out of the way if I took too long in the doorway. It is supposed to have an automatic stop if something is in the way. ?????? I could not get that to work so therefore it was too risky and dangerous for my family. I do not recommend this company or their product.
