Service Center Issue
Chimmney is good, but service not good, no one called from service for installation, then i have fitted with help of urban company. after one week of installation i got call from service center.

Cheap, Low and Zero After Sales Support
SHARING REVIEW AFTER ONE YEAR OF USE Glen is not the brand to invest money in, even Greenchef is far better than Glen cx support. If you are really concern about reliable performance, go with Kaff, Glen any product rather Hob, Chimney, Air Fryer that what I have used, I felt like being thugged. No customer support, no contact- as in even if the nmbr is given it may take 15-20 days, where in even Greenchef own 2-3 days of TAT, and Kaff within 48 hours. Glen parts are cheap, low quality, cleaning maintenance may cost upto 1800 INR which is much more than AC cleaning. Even Urban clap is best than Glen. For Voice, it acts as a tractor- JCB, where in Kaff with same configuration is equivalent to no voice zone. I have been thugged, now I moved to Kaff- You all please take care.

Value for money product.
Bought last month. Working smoothly at present but company technician didn't visited for installation so have to arrange by ourselves from local market. Overall it's user friendly, elegant and sober look and noise level is average (not soo silent and a bit loud at highest speed).

Product is good but very worst technician
I have no complaints about the product or the delivery. The product is excellent, working perfectly, and the delivery person was professional and delivered it on time. However, I had a very bad experience with the installation team from Royal Chimney World. They do not know how to properly install a chimney and their main intention seems to be selling accessories at prices much higher than the market rate. They charged service fees claiming it includes GST but refused to issue a proper GST bill, instead giving a handwritten bill on a piece of paper. I refused to pay unless a GST bill was issued. They said the charge is ₹600 plus 18% GST if a GST bill is given, but if I agree without a GST bill, the total is only ₹650. This makes no sense. Their technician also damaged my new chimney, and I had to get it fixed by another technician. Amazon and Glen should take responsibility for such service partners, as this kind of service spoils their good name. Overall, the product is good, but the installation service was extremely poor.
