It produces the best tasting espresso shots and the steamer wand works great. It comes with such detailed instructions so if you’ve never made coffees like this at home, you’ll be an expert in no time. It even comes with a recipe book. I do recommend buying a steamer cup for the milk, that’s the only thing that doesn’t come with the machine. After having my machine for about six months it started to malfunction. After trying the suggested remedies in the manual with no success, I reached out to Casabrews. I left a message for them to call me back and didn’t have high hopes. The next day I got a call back. Tami was so extremely nice and she walked me through a couple things and we thought the problem was solved. The next day I had even more issues with the machine. I called again and Tami walked me through the process of filing a claim. In about a week I had a whole new machine at my door!!
