I tried all the flavours of GOoat ,it is high in protein so keeps you satiated,flavour is great but too sweet.I would definitely buy it but because of that sweetness i will not. Those who trying to cut down sugar,its not a great choice. I wish if they could work on it.

Super convenient and healthy with no refined sugar or added preservatives. It doesn't taste 'healthy' if you know what I mean.If you're into quick, healthy breakfasts, give it a shot. Whey protein used, not natural. Stevia used - unhealthy again. Too sweet.Flavoring substances used.Nothing of above adds value.Oats are tiny - they could add pumpkin seeds,etc.Prefer Miheso for a gut friendly option. They could do away with probiotics - rest is promising.1 positive point for good packaging.
