80% casein and 20% whey on the behind label ? is this a joke ? i buy it as a whey to finally find it's just 20% whey ?

Wrong. Whey Protein Isolate is listed BEFORE Milk Protein Isolate on the ingredients list. MPI is described as 80/20 Casein/Whey. Let's assume equal amounts WPI and MPI, that would make this a 60/40 whey/casein split.

How Long does a 48 serving tub last usually?

That depends on how many servings you use in a week. Many people mix up a shake after exercise, and this size would last them 48 workouts.

Did anyone have a problem with product arriving close to the expiry date? How far was it?

If there is not at least 90 days before the product expires from the date of purchase contact the seller about your issue. According to the Amazon TOS all items need at least 90 days. I know we try to check every item before it leaves our warehouse. If it's going to be shorter than 90 days I contact the buyer and cancel if they don't want it.

Does it not suppose to come with the scoop? and it looks like top is kind of empty. does it suppose to be that way?

There is a scoop. Use a fork to search or in my perspective a chopstick haha. Found mine in the bottom. And yes it seems empty but its about right. I dont suggest this seller though for protein xause mine came home really weird and seemed expired
