Great value. Heated up quickly. I felt sweat trickling down my chest after 10 minutes. Bad points : that folding chair 😂 same as the one I had with the steam sauna : uncomfortable. I made a small bench out of pine, and that fits in here too. Cover it with a small towel. Cover the footpad with a small towel. Get a microfibre gym towel and wrap it around your neck. This will also help to seal the tent and heat better, but after 20 minutes ( I couldn't stand any more! ) you just need to get out, taking these 3 towels with you. Simple clean up. A big upgrade from my faithful steam version, which I had been using for 2 years. Really helps after HIIT training. I would highly recommend

I have used this sauna once so I can't vouch for longevity yet but it works superbly.However, I am a 5 2" 60kg female and its just the right size for me.Anyone larger may struggle. The foot pad and the seat are a snug fit in the tent.Other than this I am impressed with the quality of the unit, it gets really hot and the foot pad is a superb extra and reaches heats seen only in molten lava. The sweat poors off you but it has a large sponge pad in the bottom that collects it. Its easy to wipe down and practically a pop-up set up.Really happy with the purchase but it's probably not going to be comfortable to use for anyone over 70-80Kgs.

Ease to assembly. Does the job. Great value for money. Doesn't take much space.Heat reach 65 degrees centigrades.Excellent product.

Great product, can’t fault it, gets up to 60-65 degrees pretty quickly, retains heat and works very well, sear is comfy and easy to put away and clean out! Use it most days and works great, excellent value for money.

I received this IR sauna 3 days ago and have used it twice. Very good, heats up quickly. Had a portable steam sauna before(a few years ago) but the hot steam is not for me. Can really recommend this one!Update: 11 month later, still very happy, I use it 2-3 times a week. I won't be without it.Update 1 year later: I learned this week that people who use a sauna 4-7x a week(infrared too) plus icecold shower/plunge afterwards, have a 68% reduced risk of developing Alzheimer Dementia. As I am 60+ this is all I needed to hear. I sit in my beloved sauna every day now. Best investment ever and so affordable.

Does exactly what it says in the description, easy to use, folds up nicely to store away, pleased with my purchase, glad I chose this one instead of others on the market.

A good hot bath is cheaper and better. The chair is specifically uncomfortable

Like a different customer, I wanted to have a safe sauna at home and loved the design and easy setup. Unfortunately the remote control would not work properly and the heat could not be regulated or monitored - it would show random numbers that could not be set. I'm returning it the seller, but will reorder, hoping for a better one. This will me my second and last attempt.
