Works relatively well.
This product suited all my smart home needs when it came to controlling my IR lights and my RF devices. The device it self drops in and out when doing voice commands with alexa integration via app control. But overall great value and its really easy to use

Excellent customer service
At first the remote worked fine; but after a few weeks it stopped working and could never connect to the 2.4 GHz router again and there was no way to reset it, and the flashing light, which indicates pairing with the router, also stopped working. (Newborns also die, Lol).Unfortunately, the 30-day return grace period is no longer available from Amazon and for this reason the seller send me an e-mail offering me a new device; but for logistic reasons that escaped from his hands, he couldn't ship the new remote to overseas and this is the reason why he gave me a refund. So, I am thinking to buy another smart remote control from the same seller, but for now, I will wait until I need to buy other things with value of $35 or more in order to get the free shipping to overseas.Today is January 14, 2024 and I received my second remote control. I hope this control works as it should.

Save yourself time, money and frustration by NOT purchasing this
This product genuinely does not work. The device will connect to an iPhone using bluetooth but that is all you will get with this product. I have tried multiple remotes (both IR and RF), used different frequencies (433 MHz AND 433.92 MHz), tried different outlets, brought the remotes as close as possible and even reset my network as well as the devices itself. As a recent electrical engineer graduate I can safely assume that this product does not and never worked. After hours of troubleshooting I tried to look into the company to get some help and there is almost NOTHING online to help you, I don't even think this company exists. I understand defective products but I really doubt this ever worked as advertised. Amazon should be responsible for verifying their sellers so this doesn't happen.

Finally a good rf bridge for smart life app.
Bought this for my smart home to use smart life app for 433 mhz devices. It has a really good range and is easy to program. I don’t use the ir features.

So good I ordered another!
Bought a new DC motor ceiling fan that can only be controlled by a remote. Wife not pleased...It was either return the fan or figure something else out.Already have approximately 90 smart devices in the home (Ubiquity Dream Machine router is amazing) so naturally I went the route of smart home solution.Purchased this device, took mere minutes to set it up - tickled to find, if during device setup, you don't know the RF MHZ of the device you want to control, you just press "I don't know the frequency" then point the original remote control at the little hockey puck while pressing a button and it "sees" the RF band the remote is transmitting on.If integrating with Alexa, read the other excellent reviewers that give detailed explanation on creating "scenes" within the SmartLife app that can be seen and used in Alexa routines. As far as the physical wall switch, used a wi-fi light switch where the original fan light switch was, but didn't wire the fan power to it, hardwired the fan for constant power and wired the wi-fi switch to simply be powered up.Then created a routine that is triggered by the wi-fi wall switch state. So, if the wall switch is "on" it triggers the "power on fan" scene I created in the SmartLife routine, of course I had to setup a turn off fan scene as well.No regrets so far, ordered another to possibly replace an existing wi-fi IR transmitter used on the man-cave Mini-Split -Great little product!

It just works!
EDIT: Six month update and the device hasn’t held up. It needs to be restarted every 2 days. Removed 3 stars from this.ORIGINAL:It works great. Setup a bit tricky but took generally around 10mins. Device is small and neat.I’ve setup mine in a high off center location to control my fireplace (IR) and window shutters (RF) and have zero issues.I later integrated it into my HomeKit and Home Assistant without issues.Only thing to remember is that these devices make dumb devices smart. So it cannot tell you the state of the device. But otherwise. It’s great value and just what I expected.
