For the price and function, these bags are amazing. I prefer another major brand in general but they’re too expensive to buy a bunch for meal prep so I went for these. These are a great option for anyone getting started and they’re easy to open and seal. I docked a star for a major deal-breaker for me: the foldable bottoms. Totally my fault for overlooking it on the listing because I know I know I don’t like them and wouldn’t have bought them, but it makes them SUPER annoying to clean so I’m already replacing them with another brand. That’s my bad. Otherwise they’re great and have gone through the dishwasher just fine and stack well in the freezer.

I used a couple of times and there's already a small hole. Overall ok, but won't last long for sous vide use.

This is my personal review on the Ideatech reusable bags. They are not sponsored. I bought them with my own cash. These bag's have been a game changer for my household. I went on a deep dive to find a reusable bpa free bag. Because, I don't have an ice maker I like to make 2 trays of ice cubes and store them in a container, for my day to day usage. I tried a plastic container with a lid and it didn't work for me plus it was cumbersome in the freezer. I then tried a plastic gallon freezer bag and I noticed the freezer bags didn't last. I then used a freezer bag with the ice cubes and then put that bag inside another freezer bag. It was okay, but noticed that the ice cubes still weren't staying as fresh as I would like. This is when I decided to find a reusable bag that was bpa free. I now have a strong reusable bag that I can store my ice cubes in and my ice cubes stay fresh. The Ideatech reusable bags are hand washable with a strong seal. I will say that at times sealing the bags can be difficult but, only because the seal on the bag is super cold. I like to make a big batch of waffles and freeze them. I will definitely be trying these reusable bags for my waffles. I will let you know my thoughts when this occurs.

I bought these bags for extra water storage while ultralight camping. The material is thick enough. I am not concerned about them getting punctured. The only drawback for me is that they will not actually hold 1 gallon while closed. The maximum closed capacity is exactly 3 liters. Its not so bad because my camelbak bladder is also 3L. So, these will work out well enough for my intended goals. These are much more afforable than buying extra bladders so Im happy. I just wish they made a 2.5gal version with gromets on top so I could use it like a bucket. The base keeps 3L of water stable on a flat surface. This is a good product. Highly recommended.
