Love the illumination feature. It really lets you see the detail in the item you're inspecting. I personally use this to pre-grade trading cards and it does well. Very nice quality. I bought this a year ago and haven't had to replace the batteries for the light yet. Love the design as well. Also comes with a handy holder

Nice loupe, I like the light if you are in a darker lit area or room. I use it for coins. The only thing I don't like is that it is a connected 2 piece. It's nice that it protects the loupe when not in use, but kind of cumbersome until you get used to it.

I use this to magnify and illuminate small items. I tried it looking at a piece of jewelry, magnification and light work very well. Not a fan of button batteries, hope these will last a long time.

Very nice product! light, not heavy. Very good led light. Very good magnification , was able to see GIA inscription on diamonds very easly.

I had this on my Wish List for at least a year, so when I found myself in need of one, I checked to see whether it was the one recommended by a popular expert online, and it was, so I ordered it.Maybe the instructions were too tiny to see (this was designed to help me with that...) or maybe I was not using it correctly, but it didn't enlarge print so that I could see it!I had read a few reviews that had said the same thing I experienced, but I figured that what they were finding was incorrect, because of the recommendation of the expert I trusted!I only gave it one star because I needed to for my review to be seen!I WANT to like this item, so I hope someone else can explain how it really works!9/23/24 (Raised my review to 3 stars)I was already refunded the full amount by Amazon. Lights are very bright making it easy to see. Takes a little getting use to using. Videos online to show how to properly use it.

Gets the job done, Took one star away for having the very small and rather hard for me to easily find and manipulate light switch on the same side as the very very bright lights.
