OPTPThe Original McKenzie Super Roll (708)

I find the McKenzie SuperRoll lumbar support the perfect density. Neither too soft nor too firm! The strap fits around the back cushion of my easy chair perfectly at the maximum length and the cushion stays in place. Really improves sitting posture and stops me slouching!

i have had a prolapsed disc (L5S1) for over a year which prolapsed again after surgery (not as bad as first time).i previously bought an original d-shape lumbar support which is great indoors but not so good in the car. the optp original mckenzie super roll is the most recent incarnation of the super roll and is roughly 4cm wider which is great as the edges of the d-shape roll sometimes feel like they dig in a bit. overall it feels far superior to my previous roll and is not so deep so does not push me off the chair as much (d-shape roll was twice the depth/thickness). the new fabric is also a great improvement as it slides against clothing when i adjust my sitting position instead of sticking a little like the old one did (not such a big deal really but a definite improvement). the foam feels of a better quality than the old d-shape roll i have and looks like it's injection molded or some equivalent. The only quibble i have is that it comes from the US and i was stung by £11.39 by customs and the post office making for a grand total of £42. oh well it is good!

Good - just the job!

This is the second mackenzie roll I have had. It does what you expect it too and really does help with lower back pain (combined with appropiate back exercises). It helps remind you how to sit improveing sitting and standing posture. I think its worth the money and would recommend.

Sadly I lost my old lumber roll which was essential for me when driving. This replacement is a bit too firm and doesn’t sit so easily.

Just the right size, bought a D shaped cushion before, which was too big. Use in the car without strap.

It is firm enough to give solid lumbar support but it is not uncomfortable, fits nicely around my chair and stays in place.

Can't beat an original McKenzie Super Roll, especially in a D shape.
