You contact the seller by leaving a message on the W.S. Company's Amazon site for this product where it says 'contact seller'. I hope you received a refund and an apology from W.S. for their mistake in sending out an empty box to you. Hopefully it will not happen again, not good for their business if it does! It's certainly worth another try as you get 5/6? boxed pads and the paper quality is excellent.
