Does anyone know if they have a warranty and if so what is it

Lifetime guarantee. I had a set. I gave them away. They're just a little too flimsy for what I needed them for. Be great if they were just a few thou thicker.

How do I know 100% these are Milwaukee brand?

I purchase these from an authorized warehouse distributor for Milwaukee tools. I also sell many other Milwaukee products purchased from the same place. Not sure what other proof I could offer.

Do they come in a case?

They come in a plastic tray, with cutouts for each tool. I put that directly in my toolbox. There is no lid though.
