It’s performs amazing on curly hair, holds well, doesn’t flake but it does make your hair a little stiff. It makes my hair looks amazing and hold for about 24 hours. I can freshen it up with spraying some water the following morning. I highly recommend this product.

I keep low 360 Waves and this product works great with amazing hold and zero greasiness. My only complaint is having to buy this two containers at a time due to shortages I have experienced in the past.

My hair has changed so much throughout my life. I now have thick, wavy hair that leans heavily on dry. And it's long, so there's a lot of thick, wavy and dry. I'm always looking for a dressing, gel or cream that makes that all look more controlled or more styled. More - anything great. Enter this "Crown Control" cream. What I liked: This is aptly named, because I put a blop on my hands and worked into the top and sides that frame my face, and that hair wasn't going anywhere. I let it dry, and it was very sticky, moderately hard and thickly solid. Just for the heck of it, I brushed it, and I got simply loose hair, with waves, but not the dry fly aways I normally would have. What I didn't like - I'm thinking.....not a lot. I think I may have used a little too much. The directions say to use a coin sized amount, and I added more because I do have long hair. However, I might have had less "very sticky" if I backed off a little. 1) Didn't mind the mild smell 2) Didn't have any white flaking (or at least, not so far...) I have dark hair, and no flaking. 3) My hair now is post shampoo but not wild post shampoo, which is actually a nice change. Absolutely recommend it; it's worth a try if you have wavy/curly/thick hair. I'd suggest starting off with a small amount and working up/larger. It's a reasonable price, so it's a good value.

My son has curly hair and this product was too thick for his hair. It may be great for others but nit so much for him.
