I'm hoping the chiropractor might be able to suggest insoles/shoes and posture-correction apparel as well. A month ago I was unable to move because of my back pain. The lumbar pad was especially good for providing extra comfort. I was able to wear it for most of the day without it growing too heavy, and the Velcro fastening was good and strong.
