Very disappointed
Works great but after you first use it there is an air bubble in the bottom and you only get an ounce of cream. Way too expensive for an ounce of cream.

It really does help
Surprisingly, it does help. It does not take all my tingling and discomfort away - but it makes it bearable. I use this cream twice a day. Will definitely buy again.

Received it Half empty
I have been using this for years for fibromyalgia and it has really helped. Obviously I wouldn’t use something for years if it didn’t help. Anyway, I was beyond disappointed to open the container and half of it was missing. This cream isn’t cheap. I returned it. The seal was on the container too.

Missing Substantial Amount of Cream in Container
I ordered this because it had 3 ozs in the container versus 2.2 ozs for other vendors. I got the cream and started using it and discovered there was an air bubble or something that created a pocket in the container. It looked like I got about two thirds of the 3 ozs. Maybe this is a quality control issue but I thought the vendor would want to know. I had been using it for about a week before the top layer got thinner and I say the large hole in the cream below it.

Chronic Stiff Neck, NO MORE!!!
I am a huge fan of this product. For about a few years no I have had an issue with turning my neck that I chalked up to digital usage and sleeping with the fan or are blowing directly on my face when I slept. I had this product for a while from a friend and finally decided to try it on my neck and shoulders. Well I now long have to turn my whole upper body to look left when I am driving and I can now fully look over my right shoulder. I can fully look over my left but it is definitely much better than before. It’s great on knees, hands, wrist wherever you have pain or stiffness.
