Crocs Unisex-Adult On the Clock Clog

Very comfortable
I'd say true to size. The only thing I have had a problem with is the top on the shoes putting pressure on my feet. My second toe is also longer then my big toe so it hits the top of the show but they have been some of the most comfortable shoes I have worn for work. I work three days 12 hours shifts on concrete floors. Other than that I have had no problems with them. I hope they hold up because I like them and I'm more comfortable walking around in them with all the other shoes I've tried for my job.

Long Life
My husband loves them! He bought a pair 4 years ago and wears them all the time. They finally wore out and he had to have another pair! They are very comfortable and are great when it's wet out!

So great for being on your feet all day!
Crocs is one of the only companies these days that does what all quality companies used to be proud of: create a product that actually lasts the test of time. Not to mention, they truly stand behind them. I have never had a problem with any pair of Crocs that they did not handle if I contacted them - even if I bought them from a third party! Crocs is just an amazing company, full-stop.I long ago stopped caring that Crocs are ugly, when they single-handedly saved me from foot surgery! So eventually, every pair of shoes I own has been disposed of, and all that remain are various styles of Crocs. For everyday use, I generally like their Classic Clog, and I particularly love the variety of colors, because I am just a colorful person! However, in my line of work I usually need something hardier, with better traction. So 2 years ago, I ordered this pair (On The Clock Clog | Slip Resistant Work Shoes) and the Mercy Work Clog (as it was also indicated to be a great choice for those on their feet all day, as in nursing or similar).Right away, the Mercy was NOT going to work for me. I had actually tried it years earlier and didn't like it then either! They fit weirdly, the box tends to run small, and there are whole areas where parts of my feet just don't feel supported - pretty much from the "hinge" area to the back of the heel. I believe I still have them, but I don't even know where they are. I never wore them a second time! But these! These are AMAZING!! Not only did they get me through the incredibly busy and active 2 months of our busy season (which typically include 12 hour days of being on our feet) two years in a row, but they have held up to regular daily use the rest of the time as well! Two years! And I am a big girl who tends to go through other brands of shoes very quickly. You can see in the picture that the ruggedness of the tread is still going strong!Though it's true that my Classic Crocs have also put up with carrying my not-insignificant body weight year-after-year, it's not just the Croc shoes themselves that have held up this time, but also the cushion they put inside the "On The Clock Clog." (For the record, the version I am talking about has an insole they only refer to as "Dual Crocs Comfort." They have since come out with an "On The Clock Literide" that has a "Literide" insole. I have not tried those, and this review is not about that version.) Only a few months ago did the area under my heels begin to wear away on the insole (but just the fabric! You can see it in the picture.). And it's not even unusable, just irritating for a person who has a bit of a "Princess and the Pea" sensory issue. But because it was annoying me, I purchased several different insoles in various styles - I believe all of them being Dr. Scholl's, and all of them claiming to be for people who spent a lot of time on their feet every day. None of them have lasted for any amount of time. I could have bought an entirely new pair of these Crocs, even at full price on their website (this pair is much cheaper here, for some reason) for the price I paid for all of those insoles, and know they would have lasted for a couple of years! My complaints are few, but I will list them:-For one, though they were incredibly long lasting insoles, and I do acknowledge that I could have purchased an entirely new pair of shoes that included them for less money than I spent on the pile of garbage-quality Dr. Scholl's insoles, the part of me that hates waste doesn't really appreciate having to buy an entirely new pair of shoes just for the insoles! But I can't find any place where I can buy the Crocs insoles alone.-The color. I have a couple of issues with the colors. At least one of them may matter to you!1) The black aren't *really* black. Even brand new, they weren't anywhere near as dark black as they look in the photos. They were always a muted sort of blackish, and immediately lighten and look dingy when dirty. Perhaps I could use their "Crocs Shine" cleaner, but I would basically have to do that every day for it to make any difference for the black On The Clock Clog, and that isn't feasible. For my job, I don't care too much about this, but since I'm wearing these for practically every occasion now, it would be nice if they could even reasonably pass for something a little bit classier than my job. I don't need them to be sexy or stylish, but if they could simply fade into the background, that would do. Unfortunately, because of how dirty and dingy they always look, they are noticeable in a bad way. (Note regarding the photo: I have never cleaned them, they are 2 years old, and my job is outdoors! So though you can definitely tell that it is a muted black, some of the discoloration is just due to heavy outdoor use. Judge accordingly!)2) For me personally, I would LOVE more color options in general. Just because someone needs the shoes for work doesn't mean they need them to be a neutral color! Not to mention all the people who want to wear them outside of work. I'm disappointed in how rarely they offer this pair in any color besides black, navy, and white. And on the rare occasion that they do offer it in another color, it is usually some obnoxious pattern that I am not interested in anyway! It would be amazing if they could simply offer this in a variety of colors like they do their Classic Clog.-This isn't necessarily a complaint against Crocs (not sure), but when I've looked up "on the clock clog" in other places (like eBay, etc...), they oftentimes will show an entirely different style of Croc. Specifically, the Neria Pro II. I don't know if this is the seller mislabeling it, or if for some reason Crocs has the "On The Clock" name on some of their Neria Pro II shoes, but it has happened often enough that I feel like there must be some overall confusion that probably starts with Crocs themselves. I also have a pair of the Neria Pro II, and though they share some similarities to the "On The Clock," THEY ARE NOT THEM! They are not only unsupportive, but I've twisted my ankle several times while wearing them, so they are more of a hazard than a less supportive shoe would be in the first place. So be very careful when you order "On The Clock" Crocs that the pair you are ordering is the same pictured in this listing. That's it! Overall, these are very very good and supportive shoes that I whole-heartedly recommend!

Love these ugly shoes
I got these shoes for working in a bakery, it is my first food service job. On my first day I wore some cheap all black shoes from target but I was slipping and sliding EVERYWHERE. After my first day, I ordered these shoes and they came the next day. I love them. I love that they are ugly in a cute way. And if you are worried about slipping on the job? Not in these bad boys. There are some days where I wished these shoes weren’t as slip resistant as they are so I can just crash out and be put out of my misery. I’ve actually tried to slide and fall in these shoes just to feel something. But nothing. Didn’t even budge a little bit. They are also super comfortable for standing on your feet for 8 hours or more. Pair these with some knee high compression socks and you are golden. I look geriatric but I feel like I’m in my late 40s.Anyways, I love them and they are the best part of this terrible job. Highly recommend.

I like these Crocs!
I got a wrong item shipped to me but the problem was quickly remedied. I like these Crocs because they don’t have all those holes/slots like most Crocs.

Smaller sizing and more tailored fit than regular Crocs
I have a lot of foot issues, my feet are exploding. I have a bunion on my left foot that isn't too bad but this shoe presses on it. It's not just the pressure, the shoe fits on my foot crooked because of the bunion. That means the left side of my foot is more pushed into the left side and left front of the shoe.I got the same size I get in regular strappy Crocs but my size in this shoe is not big enough. Regular Crocs are a little big on me but these have a snug tailored fit. My instep is high and these shoes are so flat and tight that when I put the shoes on, my socks get dragged back and squish my toes. I try to put like an inch of slack around my toes so my sock will slide up and fit correctly but it doesn't really work. I'm afraid I need to buy another pair of these in the next largest size but I know it will be too big. They need to offer half sizes if they're going to make tailored shoes.I am wearing these while doing a LOT of walking and driving, running up stairs etc. They're very nonslip which is awesome, they've changed everything. I used to slide all over. But if you're doing anything active like this, especially stair climbing, there likely won't be enough support in the sole. It's very, very flexible. My feet get tired now. These are for more standing and moderate walking on an even floor I think. (ETA: after a couple weeks or so I think, my feet got stronger, lol. The shoes are still super bendy of course but my feet don't get tired from things like going up stairs anymore. But there is still less stability than you get from "real" shoes of course.)There are only two little ventilation holes on the inner side of each shoe which for me is a good thing. The shoes are essentially waterproof if you don't step in any big puddles. Even if you do step in water over the holes, not very much gets in. It's cold outside so I haven't worn these in hot humid weather but they do seem to get way less swampy than my 6" XtraTuf boots. They're not bad at all even though my feet are always sweaty in any shoes. I was surprised. Sometimes they make farty noises though 😬Really wish they had these in half sizes or had a relaxed fit versionEta: I still need a half size bigger but I found a way to keep my socks from getting dragged up my feet. I put a heavy duty quart Zip-Loc bag over the whole top of my foot (with the zipper toward my ankle), slide my foot into the shoe with the back of the shoe pressed down while trying not to touch the bottom of the shoe, pop the back up over my heel then pull the bag out. The bag is like a shoehorn for the top of my foot lol. I think something like a piece of plastic cut from a 3 prong folder might be better/easier but I haven't tried it yet. Now I can even wear relatively thick winter socks, I just have to bring a quart bag if I go anywhere and plan to take my shoes off. And sometimes certain socks stick to the bottom of the shoe so they get dragged back a little anyway. Still 1000 times better!
