Arrived on time. Instructions were clear, fairly easy to fit, easily adjusted and works well, definitely saves water time will tell for saving on gas

I have had this product installed (by myself) for three weeks now. I had been looking at it for a while and then made the decision to buy it on the back of the rising gas prices, and on the extensive knowledge of how a boiler works and how the product will save me money. Firstly, I am very impressed with it - it does what it is supposed to do and also claim. Secondly, I knew how I was going to fit it - which again was very easy and straight forward. When it came to testing it for the first time after setting it up, it induced like a balloon squealing when you release the air from its neck. No problem, as it says in the instructions to simply turn it round so the flow through it was 'backwards'. After doing this it has cured the squeal at the taps. It runs perfectly....everytime.I will add though, to ALL the people who has left negative comments on this product, let me tell you this:The company Teddington Heating say that it can be installed in 20 minutes. On the majority of boiler installations this would be true - if there is 200mm of straight pipe from the boiler you could easily do it in 20. For the rest of the installations that aren't straight forward it will take longer and that's the end of it. They cannot guarantee that every installation is going to be the same, so it is what it is.A year on and it is still performing as it should, very happy.

Easy to fit into existing system and saves a lot of water. Reduced water usage from hot water tap before temperature reached by two thirds of a gallon. Highly recommended.

Every combi boiler in Britain should have one of these fitted,very easy to fit and would save so much water.It takes time to get used to the low flow of water until the waters hot enough to go to fill water flow.

Just remember it could save gas with no preheat. Water saving I am not so sure off but saves messing with open and close of taps to get temp up. Only fitted 2 days so all I can say

The media could not be loaded.  It was very easy to install, but I did use PTFE tape. 28 seconds after a low flow of water, I get steaming hot water. Before, I was waiting 60 seconds and wasting 17 litres of water before I got hot water. When on a water meter. every litre counts.Highly recommend to everyone.

Not yet installed, but if it does what is says on the label - it will be just fine and save wasted water
