The door is currently stuck in the LOCKED position and the handle is not engaging while I am outside the house writing this review. I have no other access into the house. I thought it was weird that the pin that connects the two handles slides back and forth when I was installing it - and I guess I was right - it has slid just enough out of the way of the outdoor handle so it doesn’t engage. Terrible design. I’m not sure how I’m going to be able to get back inside the house.
