The only one type that worked for me during sleep.
I guess this is very personal. I move a lot in my sleep, and not being able to turn easily is not an option for sleep during pregnancy. I bought so many types of pillows, including those big U shape body pillow. This is the only type that provided enough support for slide sleeping (after 25 weeks) while allowing me to turn "relatively easily" (it can only be so easy with a big belly). During late pregnancy, I like how I can slide this up and down the side of my body to either support or accommodate my belly.I guess my only complain would be that the cover isn't readily washable because the filling doesn't have an extra "casing".

Perfect and not bulky
Through my pregnancy I had tried a couple different pillows and this one is what worked best for me. The U pillows were to large, bulky and hot for my liking for I decided to try this instead and it’s been great! This has 2 wedge pillows that have Velcro on the back of the pillows to arrange how you like them or to be able to use the pieces separate. At first I used both pieces, one under my belly and one behind my back to support me best. And I got further into pregnancy, it was harder to turn in bed with both so I used one wedge under my belly and was able to move it around easier. This pillow is firm and comfortable, not hot at all, and maintains its shape unlike the other wedge pillow I purchased what had all those problems. This came with the smaller in between pillow as well and it was nice at first into I lost it under my bed and couldn’t reach it lol. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this pillow 100% to anyone who didn’t like the U pillows, this was perfect.

Helped
I like this product! Not only did it help hold my belly up so o could try to get some sleep while pregnant, I also used the to build a little nest for my baby girl when she was born. I didn't have a bassinet. Not a fan of the fabric used, leaves a pattern. Wipe down and spray, that easy of a clean. I do like the ability to adjust the space needed for your body and belly. Would be better if it was more of a half bowl kinda shape the just a wedge. A touch softer, because it was a little too firm for my belly. The only thing that helped me sleep during my pregnancy!

The best pillow for pregnancy
I’m 32 weeks pregnant, in the beginning of my pregnancy I got a traditional larger pregnancy pillow and could not get comfortable with it… It was too bulky and I would just kick it onto the floor in the middle of the night. Then I decided to buy this pillow and it was the best decision ever! I’m a stomach sleeper, and cannot lay flat on my stomach right now for obvious reasons but using this pillow gets me into the most comfortable positions, the small pillow insert it comes with is also helpful, I lay in between the wedges and put the small pillow behind my back, then I can turn on my side toward my stomach and sleep comfortably with the wedge supporting my bump and if I roll toward my back the wedge and small pillow keep me at a slight angle so I’m not flat on my back- definitely recommend!

NOT AS PICTURED! Small and flat :(
** UPDATE: after this review, the company refunded me entirely; I upped the stars from 1 to 3 to reflect the good customer service **The woman in the photos must be a tiny doll-human; the pillow is so small compared to what is shown. I uploaded a pic w/a bottle of prenatal vitamins and the boppy side sleeper for scale…and also a pic of me at 22 weeks attempting to show a more realistic pregnant gal using it. It essentially flattens out when you lay on it, which sort of defeats the purpose if you got it for back support or as a wedge to help you stay on your left side when you sleep, as I did. The little lumbar pillow thing is a joke. It did actually make me chuckle, so I guess it does deserve 1 star for being so ridiculous my raging hormones quieted for a moment to acknowledge the humor of the situation. Wish I could return it but it’s already out of the bag/box and sitting looking very underwhelming on my bed. May combine it with the boppy side sleeper for more support…

Perfect for belly and backs support!
These have been a lifesaver for sleep in my third trimester! I never thought I would need so many pillows, but I do. So one of these I put at the my stomach to keep it up and not squishing the baby and the other at my back to give me support to stay that way. Before having them I would end up on my stomach. These are soft and firm and I love them!

I really wanted to like this
I kept seeing ads for the more expensive name brand pillow like this so I ordered this to try. Not a fan. It supports your back and belly but does not come with a piece for between the legs which becomes important to prevent pain. I also found it hard to adjust and line up in the right position while laying down, especially now that my belly is bigger. Unfortunately for my husband, I stopped using this altogether and went back to the original behemoth that shares a bed with us for a couple more months

Really wanted to like this but...
I liked the size of this pillow set and really wanted to like it. Unfortunately by the time in pregnancy I started needing a support pillow it actually made my hip and back pain worse. Sleeping with nothing was better!
