Better than oem speakers
A vast improvement over the oem speakers. Good frequency response. Crisp highs, mids not muddy, lows are fair but subs fill them out. Pioneer have always given me good quality at a competitive price. Easy to install.

The ABSOLUTE best!
I am still shocked by the performance these have!! I wish I would’ve even went with higher level. Wow mind blown! Installed easily and bass is unbelievably! 06’ f150 crew cab hits harder then most subs !!! Still a huge supporter of the brand!!!! Can’t wait to install my two 10’s and then 12’s shallow mount D series! Going to be insane!

Nice speakers and reasonable price for a good brand of speaker (Pioneer).
So far so good. Not a distinct difference in audio performance though the new speakers are much clearer in both voice and music ranges. The main issue with factory speakers was a buzz or rattle on some media. Talk radio would make the speaker buzz but since its audio streamed from my iphone, might have been the source vs the speakers. I have NOT had the buzz return and will continue to monitor the speaker performance.

Pioneer 6x8 speakers
I've put Pioneer 6x8s in 3 or 4 Fords I've owned in my life. They were all very nice speakers, and these are no exception. Great sound improvement over the stock speakers at an affordable price.
