I own another leg elevation cushion, which my husband now uses for his lower back/sciatica pain, so I purchased this one for myself. I love how it isolates your legs, prohibiting side to side movement. It keeps my hips aligned and supports my feet, too. I have multiple sciatic problems, plus tarsal tunnel syndrome in both of my feet. This cushion makes for pain free mornings! Great product. My only negative is that is does not come with an extra covering that can be removed for washing.

My low star review is based solely on Amazons poor execution of a delivery that has the correct address and correct instructions on my order. I changed my review to reflect Forbias wedge support. It’s not fair to them to have a low star review. When their product is super. Am definitely glad I have this use it all day and night. Really helps w post surgery and is firm and yet flexible.This pillow is very nice , firm for keeping your legs up. I just had surgery on my foot and better than using pillows to prop up. The only thing is the pillow will not stay on your bed and ends up on the floor bec the beads don’t stop to moving on bottom. My solution was very easy u could sleep opposite and put wedge by your headboard. That is one way other way is you lift up your bed sheets and slide it under there. Then tuck the one corner of the sheet over the wedge. It’s very comfortable. It comes in nice tube back and is compressed like a napsack roll. I didn’t think it be super sturdy when I saw the ad but def is. I actually got a second one from another site.Amazons delivery was horrible. I ordered the night of my surgery so I had a window from 8am to I think 11 or 12 noon. Amazon asks if you have specific delivery instructions. My instructions include please place my package behind the white gate it is unlocked thank you very much. The guy came on time parked in front of my home and walked over to the neighbors house. My neighbors hours has a black gate. So clearly this driver didn’t see the address nor bother to read the instructions that have been on my account for the last few years. I would have ran out there but my foot is casted up. Was watching on my security cameras and was in shock lol. Then I called Amazon the lady kept talking in circles and had to ask for the supervisor who was even less helpful than associate. She knelt talking over me and not only that she talked a million miles a minute. Must of had some speed reading classes. Her two options were to have it redelivered or get a refund. Refunds not an option I needed for my surgery bec it is very painful not to be propped up. I really couldn’t get a word in. I asked her to stop talking over me when I was replying. This was going nowhere I asked for next level up. She gave me logistics the people who send the drivers out and the routing. This lady was very polite and very helpful. She apologized for the two former agents I talked to. She offered me a solution that worked well. A refund for my troubles and a new edge reshipped for the next day. Thank goodness the pillow came the next day. Oh I could not get from my neighbors house bec they just moved in and I had no way of going over there because I was immobile at the time.

I love how this goes under my comforter easily and can easily be moved over when not in use. I have become a back sleeper since my spinal infusion surgery and the elevation of my legs is crucial to keep swelling down in my legs. This works wonders for me. Also wonderful to use in other ways than to elevate my legs. I love this.

This pillow helped my back pain on the first night I used it. It pretty much stays in place unless you tend to move a lot, it might move a bit. The only down side is that it doesn't have a pillowcase. I know the cover it comes with is the pillowcase but I'd prefer a more aesthetic look.
