Great slicer . Wife loves using it for smaller vegetables and mostly garlic . Makes her chopping faster and easier . Also better than doing it by hand and cleaning is a cinch .

Good quality and making, easy to use or clean.. the size is good for simple dish for one person or two.

I’ve used this several times now. And, overall, I’m really pleased with it. It’s small, so, processing lots of garlic in it was a bit labor intensive. And after a few minutes I started using it without the guard because it was squishing the garlic, rather than slicing it. lol. But the thickness of the slices was perfect. And worked really well for slicing carrots too. Very easy to clean (which is a HUGE plus for me! lol). And it all packs back up into its case for easy storage. The price was really reasonable too. I expected it to be kinda cheap. But, it wasn’t. Would definitely get it again.

Not as good as I hoped. Was doing a bunch of garlic bulbs like the picture shows and the blade kept building up and wouldnt cut unless cleared of previous slices after 20 or so cuts. This also cuts them thinner then I had hoped. It cuts them paper thin and almost transparent which is great for other things like Tomato Sauce in Goodfellows. I needed it a little thicker for Chili Crisp so they could be fried then remain crisp when put back in oil. They got soggy again. Was great Chili Crisp, just not crunchy like I had hoped. Thickness is not adjustable with the blade, so will have to look for a differant one.

So far love it. Helps with ginger and does sliced garlic very well. If you cook a lot and need a sous chef this helps.
