Where's Mr Dog? (Felt Flaps)

I love these collection of books. I have been reading them to the children I have looked after for a little while, so I knew I’d be introducing them to my own little one. She too is a fan. She loves to play peekaboo at the moment, so this whole, peekaboo/where are they, ‘can we find them’ theme is right up her street. Especially as she is also at that stage where she likes to grab and reach for thing, she likes to grab the flaps and try to lift them herself. Very good for her development. The beautiful illustrations keep her highly engaged from start to finish. The story is nice and short also, which helps keep her stimulated for long enough without overdoing it. The mirror at the end always gets her smiling 😀. She loves to play peekaboo with herself and enjoys seeing herself mirrors. Great book. Will definitely be buying more from the collection.

Brilliant book from a lovely series. My children adore this book and due to having felt flaps they are trusted to look at this themselves. Card flaps used to be safe but two of my younger ones are savages and happily tear them despite my best efforts. (Really do not like books being damaged.) The illustrations are all great and very well done. Nice colours and there are always different things to count, for example, on each page. Definitely a book that has been put together extremely thoughtfully and well. Great for different young ages and the mirror on the last page adds the touch of familiarity All of the felt flaps are all still attached perfectly well. Definitely something that helps separate from other children's books.

I bought this for my son. This is a great book for a 1 year old. The flaps are soft and easy to lift so he can play with the book independently. The material is strong, so far there has been no rips as we have had with other books. The language in the book is simple and repetitive.

Lovely quality book. My toddler loves flicking through this book and touching the felt. Worth the money, definitely recommend.

Sensory book as felt flaps , nice big colourful photos and flaps. Hard book and studry my son uses it everyday. Love the little mirror at the end!!!

Grand dad is writing this for me at the mo because I’m only 15 months old and my writing is a bit scribbly and I’m the only one who can read it. I like the book and the pages are easy to turn over with tiny fingers. I love all the colours and that felt bit is nice to scrumple up. You can chew at the corners but they’re not very tasty. So for all you people out there age between one and two reading this my advice to you is Go buy! Lots of love Sophie xxx

Our daughter was given one of these books when she was about 10 months old. We have about three different ones and she still loves them and she’s nearly 2. A winner!

I got this for my one year old son and he loves moving the flaps and pointing at the animals. Seeing him look at himself in the mirror on the last page is so heartwarming.
