Machine is easy to use, compact and helps a great deal with my back pain. Had a small problem initially, contacted the seller with positive results. This machine is worth every dollar. So very happy with my purchase.

This has helped me very much with muscle pain in my legs. Sometimes the results are not immediate, but it works. I've tried applying all kinds of creams and liquids, and all kinds of natural remedies, pills and supplements, but they didn't do any good at all. (DDP Yoga has helped, but that's a different subject.) So this is it!SOME THINGS I WISH I HAD KNOWN FROM THE BEGINNING:Talk to your doctor before you buy this. It's a legitimate medical device, and your insurance may cover it if you get a prescription.In my order, I didn't receive any information on how/where to place the pads. Search online for this information. The pads are more effective if they're placed properly.You can buy additional pads in larger sizes on Amazon. My unit only included 2 small pads, so I would add a pack of larger pads to my order.The pads last a long time. I have had my unit for about 6 months. I used it almost daily for about 3 months, and I still use it occasionally. I'm still using the first set of pads. Be sure to keep the pads clean. They will eventually get dry, and they won't stick very well. Just moisten them with a little water, and they'll work like new again.I highly recommend this device to anyone with muscular pain.

I'm a nurse that has seen these mysterious little units perform miracles on a the two people I recommended it too. One of them is my fiance who came home every night requesting back massages.. It's only romantic if it's not a daily routine that resulted in my hands needing their own massage after the 10th time. My father had one that was a gift he never used and we borrowed it.. My fiance didn't need a massage for a whole month after just two nights of using it for about 30mins!!! The second was a nurse practitioner I work under who would be me for a massage now and then.. Eventually she was asking for one every day and was more and more miserable.. I told her about the results my fiance had so she bought one as well.. Alakazaam!! She speed asking for massages and said it worked overnight! Don't let the title of this review fool you, it isn't actual magic even though it works so well! It also contains zero snake oil and wasn't sold as a cure all tonic in the 1700-1800s.

Unlike some products, this one performs exactly as it should, to relieve nerve pain and muscle soreness. Electrical stimulation (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, or TENS) blocks pain so that muscle spasms are gradually relieved. This Hi-Dow has eight pre-set modes, and a rechargeable lithium battery, ample pads, and you can run two separate sets at once. I don't understand how such a tiny unit can deliver this much stimulation, but it does. I bought this one to replace one I've had for several years (my wife dropped it on a hardwood floor), and this one is even better.

This product failed to meet my expectations

I did not like the snap electrodes and was just not right for me. Then very disappointed in your return policy. You spent a lot of money looking for just the right tens unit for yourself and if not happy they will not refund your money and you are out a lot of bucks!!!

Works wonders on sore muscles, shoulders, backs, etc! Unlike a hand massage, this gives long lasting relief after 20-30 minutes! After waking up with a sore lower back at a hotel, I used this on my lower back muscles while driving, and it gave me instant relief! Not until I slept in the hotel mattress again, was my back sore. I just had to use this device again to mitigate/eliminate the pain.Only negative is that it is not metal, but a cheaper, though lightweight plastic. Works great!

This little device has worked wonders for my neck pain. I have had neck problems for approximately 8 years and have never gotten complete relief from chiropractic treatments or from physical therapy, so I thought I would give this device a try. After twice weekly use for several weeks, most of my neck problems have gone into remission. Now, when I feel the tension or pain returning, I put this little device into use for about 40 minutes, and my symptoms resolve. I have also used it for occasional low back pain, heel pain and have gotten the same glorious results! I have recommended this product to several friends and 75% have achieved pain relief as well...
