FREESEA Durable Small Pond Pump: 365+ days Continuous Operation

Great little pump. Use it to transfer water for aquariums and I use the 1/2 in. outlet adapter. Pick a clear tubing up for it at Lowes for under 7usd 10ft long. empties 50% of aquarium 20gals in no time. I use buckets and drop it into the bucket to replace what water I remove and it's just as fast both ways. Would recommend to anyone wanting to save time on water changes.

I have used this pump for approximately 2 months and it has worked flawlessly. For the money I have not found a better pump for my use case. I am a HVAC and I use this pump to pump out the water of secondary drain pans when the primary drain clogs. I also used this to drain the cellar that had flooded at a customer's house. It has worked flawlessly for everything I have thrown at it. The only drawback I can see is it does seem to be fragile in that it would break if you dropped it on something hard like concrete. It's just a plastic housing with no rubber bumpers or anything else to prevent it from breaking. Still at this price you can afford to buy another one if something does happen accidentally.

Works great! It picks up all the little dirt particles You just have to make sure you get rid of the larger pieces of grass so that it doesn't clog up the motor/ filter But it doesn't stop the water from smelling

I've been slowly moving into hydroponics, and it is a very utility based method of growing, these are the pumps I chose to use, to which I now own 10, and only two died in a year, which in my book is a good investment. The two that died did so when the water ran out and I forgot to turn them off. these will run 24 x 1/4" barbs while still allowing for flow adjustment at 3.5ft of lift, with sediment heavy water, as I've been growing organically with home made soil. Just make sure to put a screen bag around the filter, and I even go so far as to put a 1inch 3d mesh around the base parameter so that the screen bag does not clog right up against the machine intake. Works great, buying more, wish they had a version that was half the size and half the price so I could have lots more for small stacked shelving with micro reservoirs.

The pump is larger than I expected, about the size of my palm. After installation, the water was immediately pumped up to my filter, which is 3 feet high. The water coming out of the outlet pipe on top is very strong. The 25W power pump is still pretty good. It's a little noisy when placed in the bedroom, but the noise doesn't affect sleep. However, after running for 2 day, I woke up to find that the water output of the pump had decreased significantly. The output rate was at least 1/3 lower. I thought it was clogged, so I took it apart. I found that there was no blockage. After taking it apart, I found that the inlet was only a small hole at the bottom. The mesh on the side is just for decoration. However, it can still pump the water up to the filter. right now, the pumping speed is about the same as my old 10W pump.

Nine months in and still going strong

1. Flow rate is NOT 330 GPH. Maybe half of that. Therefore it's NOT "Strong Power". 2. "Max. LIFT HEIGHT" of 6 Ft. is NOT true. It's more like 6-8 INCHES. 3. Only received 2 little suction cups, NOT 4 as advertised, and they slip off easily. Had to weight mine down. Boo. 4. Cord is NOT 5.9 Ft., it is 5 Ft. So unless you use this pump in a fish aquarium expect to get electrocuted, or, splice in an extension, or, spend more $$$ for a waterproof device over connection plug. Therefore "Long enough cord for easy installation" is untrue. 5. Pump CLOGS UP easily and sputters water. Mine is installed in a 3 Ft. diameter reflection pool. Base should have a proper filtering device. 6. Recommend adding an inline variable GPH switch and ON-OFF switch. GOOD POINTS are the cute color, small size, truly quiet, and 12-month warranty. Had the seller been accurate about specs it would have been perfect. For a few bucks more I would have purchased either the 660 or 840 GPH model to get the results I thought I would be getting so I am returning it. Hopefully, this review will help you and the Seller. I purchased this to help drain water from a bucket I use with a portable ac unit (it helps my home’s ac not have to work as hard in triple digit weather), so that I can use it with a plug timer and not have to worry about it filling up and spilling out on the floor while I’m sleeping or at work. I’ve already used it for that and it works perfectly…yesterday my washing machine decided it has had enough and gave out in the middle of a wash cycle. It had a ton of water and some clothes in it- it just so happened that this was set to arrive yesterday and I’m so thankful it did. I used a broom handle to scoot the clothes over enough so I could use this little pump and it worked so fast to get the water out. I had a hard time keeping up with it since it filled my Lowe’s bucket so fast- I was able to take out 6 or 7 buckets full with very little effort. It would have taken me all day I’m sure without this. 1000% recommend having one of these on hand just in case things like that ever happen

Aufgrund der Beschreibung hatte ich kurz die Hoffnung, dass ich diese Pumpe zum Entleeren unseres kleinen Pools (ca, 600L) bei gleichzeitigem Giessen verwenden kann. Das einzige, was in der Beschreibung jedoch stimmt, ist der geringe Geräuschpegel....beim Pumpen ist das Teil ja auch unter Wasser. Nie im Leben schafft diese Pumpe 1200L/h. Ich habe einen kurzen 1/2 Zoll Gartenschlauch an den mitgelieferten Adapter angeschlossen....das hat auch schnell geklappt. Die Pumpe läuft auch direkt an zu pumpen...das Wasser kommt allerdings leider nur ganz schwach rausgepullert....damit wäre der Pool wahrscheinlich vor dem nächsten Regen nicht leer geworden. Für einen kleinen Plätscherbrunnen im Aquarium ist die Pumpe wahrscheinlich noch geeignet, aberals Tauchpumpe definitiv nicht.
