A Game-Changer for Health and Performance: The Ultrahuman Ring AIR
I've been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most impressive fitness trackers I’ve ever used. As someone who’s deeply invested in both physical performance and overall well-being, this device checks all the right boxes. Design and Comfort: First off, the design is sleek and minimalistic, which is exactly what I was looking for. The ring is lightweight and incredibly comfortable to wear—almost forgettable during the day. It's made with high-quality materials that feel premium, and the matte finish gives it a sophisticated look. Whether I’m working out or just going about my daily activities, it blends seamlessly into my routine. Health Insights: The Ultrahuman Ring AIR is packed with sensors that provide in-depth insights into your body’s performance and recovery. The most standout feature for me has been its ability to track heart rate variability (HRV) and sleep quality—two metrics I rely heavily on to optimize my workouts and recovery. It also measures things like respiratory rate, body temperature trends, and activity levels throughout the day, making it easy to stay on top of my health. Battery Life: Another impressive feature is its battery life. With regular use, I’m getting around 4-5 days on a single charge. It charges quickly too, so I never have to be without it for long. Ultrahuman App: The Ultrahuman app is another highlight. It’s super intuitive and provides a clear, easy-to-understand breakdown of all the data. Overall Verdict: If you're looking for a wearable that does more than just count steps, the Ultrahuman Ring AIR is a must-have. Whether you're an athlete looking to optimize performance or someone simply trying to improve overall wellness, this ring offers invaluable data that’s actionable and easy to understand. It’s sleek, functional, and backed by cutting-edge technology. Highly recommend!

Premium, Accurate, and Game-Changing for Recovery & Sleep Tracking!
I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring Air for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed! The build quality is excellent — the titanium body feels premium, lightweight (~4–5g), and extremely comfortable for 24/7 wear, including sleep. The ring’s sensors are precise, and the indentation placement on the underside of the finger makes heart rate, HRV, and SpO₂ tracking very accurate. I love how it automatically detects sleep, naps, and circadian patterns without having to turn on any sleep mode, unlike other devices I’ve used. The Dynamic Recovery Score is super insightful, helping me plan workouts and manage recovery effectively. Even if I don’t wear my Apple Watch at night, the ring logs all sleep and recovery metrics directly into Apple Health, which I can view in my phone’s sleep and vitals widgets. It integrates seamlessly with Apple Health, so steps, calories, and workouts from my Apple Watch show up in the timeline. For gym sessions, I sometimes wear the ring on my non-dominant hand or take it off during heavy lifting to protect it — the combination of the ring for recovery and the Watch for workouts is perfect. The ring is durable, water-resistant (safe for showers, handwashing, and swimming), and the optical sensors are completely safe — the green/red flickering lights are low-power and non-harmful. I also appreciate that it requires no subscription to get full features. Overall, the Ultrahuman Ring Air is an excellent investment for anyone serious about tracking recovery, sleep, HRV, and overall wellness alongside other devices. Highly recommend!

Subhuman.. hazardous and traumatic ! Pls read before buying
This review is not a reflection on the features of the ring which I am sure are good , but a fatal flaw in design from which I greatly suffered. Please read the experience below and know very well that there is a small chance this could be you …and think whether is a worth buying such a device I was using the ring for a few days when it got stuck at the bottom of my middle fingers and started to cause discomfort and swelling. As in the case of any normal ring , after failing to pull it off I went to a jeweller shop where they tried a variety of devices which simply could not cut through the strong material. Finally they took out a mini electric saw cutter which also failed to open a ring. The jeweller said that his devices were made for soft metals like gold , and that o would have to find a specialised machine to cut through titanium. It’s now 12:30 am , my swelling is out of control, what am I supposed to do ?? Now frantic with increased discomfort, I messaged customer support on the app ( they don’t have a number) who asked me to proceed to the Emergency Room. However , The doctors in the ER were equally perplexed about how to cut through this material , I frantically asked the support about which tool / power instrument could be used , they had absolutely no answer! There was also the added problem of a battery in the ring , and how to cut through that and with which instrument. Imagine an electrical cutter going through an inflammable battery. My finger by this time had swelled into a baloon, and I had no idea what to do next. We were frantically calling Emergency Rooms at 1 am in the morning , asking them if they had the required tools to break open the titanium band, two of the most premier hospitals in Delhi said that they did not, and only AIIMS had a bone saw cutter that could do the job. We were told that it is a trauma filled experience at AIIMS and decided to try apollo first. Imagine a ring that is Suppose to be a boon to your health becomes a Heath hazard , that simply cannot be taken off. To cut the story short, after multiple tries the ring finally came off at 2:30 am in the morning when a team of skilled plastic surgeons and doctors at apollo hospital finally got the off with the greatest difficultly. Literally 5 full size men had to exert all their cumulative muscle to slowly and painfully cut through the metal using a specialised device. Not only does the ring have absolutely no safety protocol , but there is zero information of how and where it can be cut off during a dire emergency like this. The worst part is the company simply doesn’t care about this hazardous malfunction in the product , after trying to get repeated information from them about the lack of support , guidelines , emergency protocol and statutory safety compliance , they did not even bother call and check on me , and simply offered to replace or refund the ring ( like I would ever wear their ring again). I don’t want anyone to go through , what proved to be one of the worst nights of my entire life, with my whole family sitting outside a ER and the doctor at one point of time bringing out an amputation to try different tools from it. The likelihood is that a situation like this would probably not reoccur with you , but I think you should be well aware of the possible consequences ( however remote ) of using this device. Especially when a company shows blatant disregard to such concerns.

Replaced my FitBit and Apple watch; Zero regrets
Picking up the ultrahuman ring air was a decision that I was contemplating for almost an year and I made the switch a week ago. 1. The onboarding and setting up was smooth 2. Upon wearing, it didn’t even feel like a wearable and blended in like an accessory 3. I got rid of my other wearables after 2 days because UH matched up almost accurately with my fitbit and apple watch that I have compared with 4. Discipline is something that the UH is vouching on as it really wants you to take sleep and movement index seriously. The tracking of sleep and stress is very well calculated and presented in datapoints for deeper understanding 5. I have got a titanium variant and it does hold on to any scratches decently in comparison to the other colors 6. Battery is 4 days for me typically with no activity and 3 if heavy activity gets recorded 7. Functionality wise this is nex gen and will be go to until an other UH launches 8. People take it as a fancy accessory and do not even think of it being a wearable. I like the low profile it maintains while being durable and stylish simultaneously 9. For 24k, the durability, functionality, minimalism and value for money it throws in is mind blowing 10. When I am sleepy at work, but not sleeping and just dizzy, it even asks me were you taking a nap at this 50 min schedule and it was fun to see how much the sensors inside a 2 gram ring are capable of I only was considering it to have a alarm vibration, which might come in as a software update but otherwise it takes care of my health in all ways. I take into showers and swims and it keeps up well.

Excellent Smart Ring
1. Comfort & Design o The ring is very lightweight (≈ 2.4-3.6 g depending on size) and slim, so once you get used to wearing it, especially while sleeping, you almost forget it's there. o It has a sleek, discreet aesthetic: multiple finishes/colors, nice material quality (titanium + tungsten carbide in parts) which give it a premium feel. 2. Sleep & Recovery Tracking o Excellent sleep tracking: it picks up when you fall asleep and when you wake up quite accurately. Also does a solid job with sleep stages, sleep efficiency, HRV (heart rate variability) during rest/sleep. o Recovery insights are well done: nudges and suggestions about when to rest vs when you’re good to push a bit. 3. Battery Life & Use Without Subscription o The battery lasts several days (roughly 4-6 days in many use cases) before needing a recharge. For a device that’s meant to be worn continuously, especially overnight, that’s quite useful. o And a big plus: there is no recurring subscription fee for the core ring features. So once you’ve bought the ring, you get the full health/sleep/recovery data without having to pay monthly. 4. Useful Insights & Nudge Features o The software/app gives actionable feedback — things like timing of stimulants, when to move, when recovery might be lagging. Not just raw data, but suggestions on how to improve. o Also data presentation is fairly rich: trends, weekly reports, etc., which help in seeing improvements or patterns over time.

New way to track fitness
Edit - Gone in a year. Inner side started cracking and now it discharges with few hours. 2 starts for ultrahuman team to send replacement refurbished ring post warranty period. Rings are here to stay. New way to track fitness. I zeroed in on Ultrahuman after looking at multiple reviews of products available in India including whoop. I already own Apple Watch Ultra but cannot wear it all day. Wanted something that can be worn even at night with minimal intrusion. Here sharing some pros and cons. Pros 1. Very light. You will not even notice that you are wearing anything once you get used to it 2. Good app - Gives insights in very simple and user friendly manner. And new features getting added everyday 3. No Subscription - This was a deal breaker for me. Was very much interested in whoop but its subscription cost is a bummer. 4. cost - I got it in discount but it’s a value for money. Unlike cheaper rings available it uses titanium making it light and tough 5. Great for sleep tracking 6. Accuracy - Felt it’s quite accurate when I compared data with Apple Watch. Of course not all fitness tracker are perfectly accurate. I read somewhere that step tracking is not good in this. But I found that it’s very close to Apple Watch. So no issues there Cons - 1. felt that charging experience could be better. Would like to have a box with charger. Will help to store ring as well and not thinking about misplacing it while also charging it at same time 2. Not great for weight workout as it may get scratched. Also holding dumbbell/rod may not be comfortable. I tried using gloves and was fine. But was afraid of damaging it. I use Apple Watch for workout. It does take this data from Apple Watch and shows in their app 3. Battery life - Not an actual con but I feel that one need to charge in 3 days. 4 days if you take it to 1%. So not as advertised 4. Calorie burned - I think it gives bloated numbers of calories burned. Overall a good investment if you are looking for a ring. 1 star less for the cons. If they can improve on these areas certainly a 5 for me then
