I had low expectations for this but thought I should give it a try. I thought at first I might feel panicky with my mouth taped up but actually I didn't really notice it unless trying to speak or coughing. The dog doesn't like it all, barks if she sees my mouth taped so I try to hide it from her! Unbelievably it seems to really make a difference to the amount of snoring and the quality of my sleep. It also stops any mouth dribbling (so attractive!!!!!). I must admit it looks horrible wearing it, like I've been kidnapped but a small price to pay to sleep better.

My husband had taken to sleeping in another room because my snoring was so bad. I’m a mouth breather in the day and at night, but it’s been causing terrible snoring… my husband could hear me through every kind of ear plug going. Sometimes I have periods of no snoring, but the periods of snoring are so bad neither of us get a good nights sleep as I often wake myself. I’m only 36, so something had to give. My husband was told about mouth tape by a friend and after some research I went for this brand.I was terrified at first as my anxiety is a main reason of my mouth breathing, but the fear eased quite quickly and after two nights in, I don’t even notice it. I use a nasal spray 20 minutes before I plan to close my eyes to ensure a clear nose and then put the tape on the last minute before I turn the lights off, and my husband and I have both had peaceful nights ever since…This is the best purchase I’ve ever made, I was close to discussing the issue with my doctor! Me and my husband bow down to this mouth tape!!

I’m a terrible snorer and suffer from an extremely dry mouth in the morning so thought I’d give these a go. Easy to put on but they are very sticky and I do struggle at times to pull them off. My other half says I snore more quietly in them, but I still snore. The dryness is better but not cured. Will continue with them for a bit longer, see what happens. Update: I’ve been using these for 6 months now. Mouth dryness is much better and I don’t like to sleep without using one. Other half says I still snore 🙄

Great idea but apparently I just started snoring through my nose. Also because your mouth is unnaturally tapped up I had nightmares of being suffocated or having had my mouth sowed up! Not nice

This tape holds the mouth perfectly closed and is far more effective than other types of solutions like chin straps. As a CPAP user, using this tape in combination with a nasal mask has brought my AHI down to very low numbers. Very pleased!Edit: had to edit my review after buying 2 new packs recently. They seem to have changed the stickiness such that it's too sticky, annoying to remove and leaves sticky residue on the face

I found these to be great! Was concerned about some negative reviews but don't let it put you off. They stick well and they are stretchy so you can stretch them quite far. They are really sticky but not painful to remove. I put some lip balm on before putting it on. If you're looking for good mouth tape, these are perfect!

Don't buy if u have facial hair because it's gonna be a real pain trying to take this off in the morning. They stick very well but you'll be in tears trying to take it off

I’ve always been a light sleeper, this I’ve put down to snoring as my husband actually now has a separate room. I’m a healthy weight but a back sleeper.I honestly didn’t feel the tape, I was worried I would feel like I’m suffocating but the tape is soft and lets a small bit of air through. For the first time in years I’ve slept through the night and woken without a sore throat.I feel this is expensive for what it is, 30 pieces of tape at £7, they must be making a huge mark up but hey, it’s helped so I can’t really complain.
