Great printer. Worked beautifully first try. App is pretty cool. Just learning to tattoo. Plan to still stencil by hand, but when I get good enough I can use this as well to speed up time 🙏🏾

I didn’t expect much from an inexpensive thermal printer from Amazon so I took a chance and bought it. This thermal printer FAR exceeded my expectations. The app is simple to navigate and we had no connection issues, a full charge lasted weeks with occasional use. It’s small and portable so easy to take on the go. It’s a tough little printer that doesn’t make much if any noise at all. The stencils came out BEAUTIFULLY. Even lighter more finer lines showed up on the transfer. I have talked a few friends into buying this and will continue to recommend it. 100/10 will recommend.

Printer came undamaged by shipping and was packaged very well, connecting my phone to the printer was ridiculously easy and took seconds, the connection has been great so far, battery was at 5% when first used which was a bit frustrating but I had a longer usb-c charging cord that I could charge it and use it at the same time. I also love the velvety bag to store it in! I still need to figure out if there’s a way to reuse transfer paper after using a different portion of the paper- I don’t think the instructions were great BUT easily found online. The app was frustrating due to the charges for premium and when I did the free trial it limited me to only a few generations by AI…

Print quality is great as long as you are using decent paper. (Ex: Spirit paper is the BEST!) That's the only reason I have 4 instead of 5 stars. The app is simple to use and download! Works as good as the other printers I've seen selling for 100's of dollars! I would buy the same one if I ever needed another printer...

I absolutely love this thermal copier! It has been amazing for my tattoo work, and the app is incredibly easy to use — truly 10/10. Everything is simple, fast, and super intuitive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly stencil printer.

Works amazing. Phomemo transfer paper is the best size for it. Other transfer papers seem to be too big.

I don't tend to tattoo images from the internet but draw my own designs. The App allows me to take a photo of the drawing and resize it printing directly as a stencil. Also allows you to print at three different saturation settings and gives you the option to remove colour. The print came out good quality. Really happy with this purchase.

This is an excellent little portable printer that’s ideal for a wide variety of jobs, not just tattoo stencils but normal prints too, and whether you use it with a phone or laptop it works straight away and provides brilliant print results without needing to refill any ink! Along with the printer you get a travel pouch, Type-A to Type-C charge cable, a Type-C adapter, 10 A4 sheets of transfer paper, and the user guide. The overall quality of the printer is very good, it seems well made, and it looks quite smart for what it is. With some care it seems durable enough to survive being carried around, chucked in your bag, etc. I’m a big fan of the Phomemo app as its well-designed, easy to use, has plenty of functions and gets updated frequently. You can print documents, web pages, images, and you can also use your phone to scan a document and then print it out. It works great with this M08F Bluetooth printer, and it connects immediately every time. When you first set the printer up the app automatically detects it and with a single press of a button its installed and ready to use. The printer will only work with A4 thermal paper, but it can print both images and text in black and white and when you insert the paper into the front of the printer it automatically feeds it through. You can use either single pieces of paper or a roll. The print speed is fairly quick but if you’re printing a full A4 image then it takes around 15 seconds to print out. Images and text are sharp and easy to read, and the print quality is very consistent, you can see why it’s very useful to tattoo artists. I haven’t fully tested the battery life but from a full charge it should manage over 100 sheets of A4 paper before it needs charging again so it should be enough for most people’s needs. Overall, if you’re in the market for a portable printer then I think this one would be a great choice as it works well, the print quality is decent, its from Phomemo themselves rather than a copy brand, and if you can get it for around £140 then its good value for money too. It’s a printer I’m more than happy to recommend and I feel it’s easily worth the full five stars, buy with confidence!

Ich nutze den Phomemo M08F hauptsächlich für das Drucken von Tattoo-Vorlagen – und bin absolut zufrieden! Der Drucker ist extrem kompakt, leicht und lässt sich daher super transportieren, ideal für Studios oder mobile Tätowierungen. Die Druckgeschwindigkeit ist top: Vorlagen sind in Sekundenschnelle gedruckt, und das bei gleichbleibend guter Qualität. Linien kommen sauber raus, was bei Stencil-Vorlagen natürlich besonders wichtig ist. Die Verbindung via Bluetooth klappt zuverlässig, egal ob vom Smartphone oder Tablet aus. Besonders angenehm ist die Handhabung: kein kompliziertes Einrichten, keine Tinte nötig, einfach Thermopapier rein und loslegen. Die Akkulaufzeit reicht locker für mehrere Sessions. Einziger Hinweis: Bei sehr komplexen Grafiken sollte man das Kontrastverhältnis in der Vorlage vorher optimieren, damit alle Details gut sichtbar bleiben. Fazit: Für Tattoo-Artists eine klare Empfehlung. Klein, schnell, sauber – genau das, was man braucht!
