If you're looking at this product, chances are you've heard of Sucraid. You also might know that Sucraid is rarely covered by insurance and can cost more than $10k. Absurd. While I don't know how effective Sucraid is, this product did the job for me. I "tested" it by eating gelato (usually problematic for me because of the sugar), and I would say this relieve about 85% of the discomfort. Nothing is perfect and I didn't expect it to be, but it did the job superbly.

I have digestive issues that were causing me an unpleasant life. I have gone to 5 gastric so called professionals and they couldn't find the cause. Then they put in my record that I have IBS, although there were no tests done that diagnosed it. All these so called pros wanted to do to me were procedures and tests. I researched online and the procedures they wanted to do I did not have those symptoms to warrant them. Frustrated with these so called pros, I began researching on my own when I came across Starchway. It isn't perfect but it has greatly improved my quality of life. I was at a 10 in misery and now I'm at about a 3 to 4 at times.

I have CSID and cannot tolerate sugar and starches especially from grains. Because of my food restrictions and trying to reincorporate foods back into my diet, I ordered these as suggested by my pharmacist. I used only 2 capsules of the pack for meals and I became very itchy after taking them. They contain dextrose in their filler which is derived from corn! I cannot tolerate grains and their sugars at all even in this form, so it was a waste of money and I was told could not return or get refunded.

It’s effective, but not powerful. 2-3 pills are required for a normal meal, quite expensive!

Works for CSID, helps to digest Sucrose. So much cheaper than Sucraid and it does the same thing.
