Very Good. Bit tricky to upgrade. Silent Fan. Rainbow LEDs can be turned off
If you just using as is... no upgrades buy it. Fan is silent on max load. Nice big fan/heatsink. Button to turn off Rainbow lights. Works great with Zwift at 1080p going to test 4k next quick test seemed to handle it I mainly bought it for Zwift (cycling sim game). Not crazy graphics Upgrades. I could not find a tear down or anything online. So, if you're going to upgrade use it as proxmox/server etc and want to add more ram bigger ssd. It's pretty straight forward but a bit more complicated them some minis I've used. The top screws are the star bit size 10. Any normal precision screwdriver bit set should have it but it's not standard Philips. After you get those off you're looking at the fan. in the corners 4x standard Philips screws in each corner. Then it's a bit of a pain to gently pull it out noting all the wires. Then pretty straight forward to install the sata ssd cable (included) replace memory nvme etc. Then the ssd sorta slots into the bottom of the case when you close it up. I got it for 349.99 so yeah hard to beat. I have 2 other mini pcs a 5800u as a proxmox server and a low-end cheap intel one. 5800u could not handle zwift. this can.

Runs cool and at full speed at 100% load!
This is for the 7735HS with 16GB RAM and 512GB ssd It is easy to upgrade - just remove the rubber feet and unscrew the bottom 4 screws to get to RAM, WIFI, and SSD. YOU DON'T HAVE TO UNSCREW THE TOP !!!! The slightly larger size of this mini-pc leads to much better cooling over the other smaller mini pcs. I was able to run it at 100% load and the temperature would settle at 85C, with peak at 89C over the entire day. The CPU would maintain 4.45GHZ across all cores. The fan is very quiet even at this full load. In comparison to some smaller pcs I tried, they would jump to 99C and then the CPU performance would drop to 3.2GHZ on all cores. The AC adapter is 100 watts, and has a USB-C connector. But the USB-C on the back is for power only. The USB-C on the front is full featured and has USB4. Mine didn't have any spyware loaded on it, but the CPU would shut down within a minute or two until I could change some settings. It seemed like it was set to go to sleep in 1 minute. The good: CPU turbos up to 4.7GHz easily, can run all 8 cores near full speed for extended time at 4.45GHz and runs cool. Silent fan, great cooling. Wifi is INTEL AX200 not some garbage mediatek. The bios has lots of options for AMD and some for the cooling fan. But no setting to reserve graphics memory. I've never had to reserve more than the 512KB anyway. The bad: Only has windows 11 HOME, not pro like most mini-pcs The kingston 512GB SSD is garbage, no lifetime specs, reads 3300MB/s writes 1300MB/s but seems slow.

Don't buy it
Pos computer. Sorry- it's small and cute but if it can't last 2 years when 99% of the time it's on off or sleep mode then it's not useful. It was my back up for my business in case my main one went down. Broke before my main one which is 2 years older is still going strong.

Great performance for the price, but wifi is weird and the UEFI is pretty limited
This is a great little pc for the most part. Mine did not ship with any malware, according to Malwarebytes and Windows antivirus, although I did a fresh Windows install anyway. The pc gets decent performance on games. The CPU runs hot, consistently into the 80's Celcius, but it doesn't overheat. The UEFI also has adjustable fan settings so you can set what temp the fans will run on high for to cool it down as it heats up, as well as a max TDP that you can set to limit max power output. The fan, combined with the large heatsink, are able to distribute the heat pretty well. With my current fan and power settings I've not had it reach over 89. The downsides to this little machine: The wifi has an issue on mine (see update at the bottom). My 5 year-old laptop clocks the wifi consistently around 300 mbps symmetrical upload and download, sometimes a little faster, sometimes a little slower. This pc, sitting in the same spot as my laptop and clocked moments later, ran around 30 mbps download and 120 mbps upload. I tried updating drivers and reinstalling the official Intel drivers for the wifi and ethernet, but wifi remains slow although ethernet runs at 300 mbps. I'm currently using a wifi dongle which runs around 120 mbps upload and download, which still isn't as good as my older laptop but works well enough. The UEFI is pretty limited. There's nothing for adjusting voltages or increasing VRAM allocation for graphics. The only useful settings I see for most users in the UEFI is fan settings, which are limited but work well enough, and max TDP, which can be set at 70 or 80 Watts. For the most part, this seems like a really nice and inexpensive mini pc for someone who wants to do some light gaming or perform modestly graphics-intensive tasks on a budget. It may have the best price-performance ratio on the market. A note for prospective buyers: The price for this little pc drops to $320 pretty regularly, so if you're looking at buying but the price is over $320, droplist it and it'll probably go on flash sale or something within a few days. Update after having had it for a few months: Everything continues to work great with this little PC. I've messed with fan speeds in the UEFI and now it almost never reaches above 85 C even while gaming or relatively CPU demanding tasks. Gaming is decent on many games. Upscaling from 720p to 1080p with RSR substantially improves framerate without sacrificing any noticeable drop in quality. Still pleased with the purchase. VRAM: You can increase VRAM allocation to 2 GB within AMD Radeon software, though not through the UEFI. This setting can be changed at any time down to 512 MB if you don't need the extra VRAM. WIFI: The most confusing issue. The wifi works great FROM A SHORT RANGE. In the same room as my router it runs the same as my Ethernet speeds, 300 Mbps (the Internet service is the limitation, not the device). From the room where I use it, the wifi speed ranges from 1.5 to 15 Mbps on download, though upload is close to 100 Mbps. Using a USB Wi-Fi antenna does not improve Wi-Fi speeds.

Incredible for the Price
Probably among the very best "Mini PCs" available. The specs for the price here are top notch, especially if you purchase it on sale. My only concern was the cooling solution, but my device runs happy and quiet, even under load. I get 60fps easy in emulators like CEMU and RPCS3, playing LoZ BoTW and Persona 5. Video decode is flawless at 4k, no stuttering or weird glitches. The PC sits very happy under my TV, as the dedicated emulation and gaming console and media streaming device. Highly recommend.

Light gaming computer
Took a while to get all the updates taken care of, some of the drivers I had to manually go find and install, didn’t run well until I had all of the drivers totally up to date, now it’s a little beast. WiFi card was having problems being slow, I’m using a usb WiFi stick now and that fixed the problem, I little disappointing though cause of limited usb slots. Can play Apex Legends, Fortnite, and more at medium to med-low graphics. No lag.

Common issue with wifi
Overall a good mini pc, good to game (playing games like sons of the forest, rust, black ops 3, run fine) good to watch movies, youtube, etc good to work on (do a bit of handbrake, photoshop, AI/LLM,) everything about it is great for the price for what you get BUT... a few people have issue with the wifi, specifically the download, for whatever reason this pc has an issue with wifi so i recommend looking at buying a different pc if you will be using wifi or a wifi usb extender cause for someone reason this pc or the intel chip is having problems. Also the BIOS is very limited and clunky, if that is an issue i would look at a different brand other than firebat. Would only recommend this pc if those 2 things arnt an issue and if its on sale for 300. A BIOs update is needed and hopefully a fix for the wifi

Love these. Hope to see prices drop further because I'd love to buy more.
I LOVE this mini pc. I have purchased 4 of them and I use them as mini servers for my home lab. The reason this specific one is great is due to the large fan which is nearly silent. The problem with the others is they have fans that are maybe half the size and as a result they are all very loud when spinning. This fan spins all the time, and is silent ... all the time. Love it. Never had any issues with them at all over 2 years but I did install my own ram and ssd.

Mostly as expected
It’s small pretty the plastic can really easily get scratched. It’s almost the same plastic as on the PS five black part where it’s glossy, which can make it pretty but hopefully don’t get it too scratched up as it will be hard to remove or fix but overall the computer performs as expected. The fan is nice but is thin so it isn’t incredible but it does the job. I found myself to end up crashing the computer, but that’s most likely because I’m really pushing it to his limit sometimes but overall it’s nice though I do feel like mine isn’t spending the fans as fast as it needs to when it gets hot. As just touching where the screws are, which are metal. The temperature is more than uncomfortably warm almost burning so I do worry about the internal temperature and if the fans are spinning at the appropriate speed or not responding properly this could be a issue that only I have but just to keep in mind

All is real, no fake.
I thought there would be fake specs, because that price beats ALL other competitors. But nope, its a real 7735hs alright, with the 680m igpu and everything. It is super quiet and lightning fast.
