Bought this in desperation having tried all other suggestions for stopping bad cramps. Used it several times now when calf cramp wakes me up.Amazed at how quickly it works. It now lives by my bed.

This stuff is great. Stops cramp (though it sometimes takes two applications if the cramp is really bad) and other muscle pain. Can’t imagine being without it now.I have found through use that it sometimes helps to rub the liquid into your skin, especially if you are going for a second ‘coat’.

I was a bit sceptical at first, having tried most products. I suffer from cramps for the best part of my life. This really does work, just roll it on, rub it in.

Not used yet, bit looks easier to use than the spray we have.

I suffer from cramp in my legs at night and I was very surprised that using this product in the target area before sleep meant I had no cramp at night. I didn't think a cure could be this easy. I also take magnesium supplements, so not sure if it works on it's own. Easy to use. Will buy again.

My other half has a lot of cramps in his calves, this has eased them a lot. It’s cold to put on but effective.

Received all okay. Used only a couple of times so far so will re -review once seen if makes any difference
