Great Gimbal For It's Price - Built-in AI Tracking Is Amazing
I've been wanting to get myself an actual camera gimbal for a very long time. I've had mobile phone gimbals in the past but now I can tell why other people still prefer this kind. There is a huge difference when it comes to weight factor but you can tell that this FeiyuTech SCORP 2 well built. Buttons are tactile, knob is smooth.Though it takes a while to learn all the buttons and it's features, there's a compatible app for Apple and Android that has videos and guides to get you up and running in no time! What I also love about the FeiyuTech SCORP 2 is the AI tracking feature. You basically set the gimbal on a table, stand in front of the camera and do the "ok" gesture and it'll start tracking you.Everything you need to get started comes with the kit.Whether you're a beginner or a pro, everybody can be comfortable using it.Overall, the FeiyuTech Scorp 2 Gimbal is a standout performer in its class. With its unbeatable stability, versatility, user-friendly controls, long battery life, and durable construction, it's a must-have tool for any filmmaker or content creator serious about capturing stunning, professional-grade footage. Whether you're shooting documentaries, vlogs, or cinematic masterpieces, the Scorp 2 is sure to exceed your expectations. Highly recommended!Great job FeiyuTech!

Compact and Reliable Camera Gimbal with Great Performance!
Purchased Scorp 2 for a friend’s wedding to help him save money, and it turned out to be a great choice. The compact design makes it easy to carry, and it’s highly responsive with excellent build quality. Setting it up was simple, and I got used to it quickly since its functions are similar to my mobile gimbal. The package includes everything needed.I haven’t explored the AI features much yet, but it responded well to hand gestures for some selfies. The camera fits securely, and the battery life is impressive. Filming with one hand for extended periods can get tiring depending on the camera’s weight, but using both hands helps significantly. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase!

Malfunctioning and short battery life
It malfunctioned after months of light usage on a job. I had the gimbal standing on a table, turned on and suddenly it started jerking it's arms around by itself. I tried to turn it off. The motors turned off but the display stayed on and the gimbal became unresponsive. I could neither turn it back on nor fully off. I had to wait for a day until the battery died. After recharging, the gimbal started having other malfunctions. It often didn't follow when I turned it left or right. The tilt knob doesn't work anymore when tilting the gimbal at the same time, making it completely useless as those are many of my shots. The feiyutech app can't even control the speed or style of tilting anymore. I updated firmware even after that but it did nothing. When I read the feiyutech warranty service website, it stated I needed the warranty card and receipt. I haven't had problems with my scorp c gimbal, so I don't remember where the warranty card went, as I expected this gimbal to be of similar quality. And one would think since it's the updated version, the battery life would be as good or better. But even with the ai module turned off, the battery life is nowhere close to the scorp c. Just a couple of hours of use and I'm down to 30% battery. Based on my experience, I can not recommend this gimbal.

Compact
The media could not be loaded. ★★★★★This gimbal is excellent for my Sony camera. It’s compact, easy to carry, and keeps footage very stable. It connects via Bluetooth, letting me control the camera easily. The AI tracking follows subjects accurately. The battery lasts well I film real estate, and it lasts a few days per charge. It’s sturdy and simple to set up. Great for anyone needing a reliable, compact gimbal. I recommend it!

Cool needs to have firmware update to support new canons
Great gimble, however, shutter button doesn't work with Canon R5 via Bluetooth or cable. We had the scorp-c and it did support the R5 via cable.

Bad out ways the Good!
I acquired this product and utilized it effectively, realizing that my challenges stemmed primarily from my need to familiarize myself with its operation and ensure proper calibration. However, I will refrain from making future purchases from Fyeiyu Tech. The primary issue lies in the unavailability of replacement parts, such as the release plate, which broke during use. This reflects a lack of quality in the materials used, leading to significant inconvenience. Despite my efforts to locate a replacement or to contact the company, I received no response, leaving me with the impression that acquiring a new system is the only option and Im not going to do that. I will probably stick to DJI gimbals where I know I can get a replacement part if need be.
