I didn't know how to use this device because as another reviewer stated, instructions are all in Chinese. Fortunately my daughter's friend is Chinese and was easily able to show me how this product would work. I've been adding tofu to my meals as something different lately and this has made the process so much easier. They also have a video as part of the product description so that is helpful as well.

This device is fairly straightforward and is easy to use. The included instructions are not translated into english. You will need to observe the pictures and figure things out for yourself, or use a translation app on your phone and take a picture of the instructions to have them translated. Once we figured it out we are mainly using press with the included cheesecloth to wrap a store-bought block of tofu and squeeze the water out. After sitting in the press for half an hour it is firm and dry, ready for use in recipes!
