I purchased the 2-oz of this food-grade tartaric acid for use in a chaat recipe from the book "Classic Cooking of Punjab." The product worked as expected, and when my supply runs out, I will certainly be purchasing the same quantity from LD Carlson brand of tartaric acid. Ronald N. If you want it in a bag no problem, but...
I do not like that this is advertised as a bottle of tartaric acid. What showed up was a small plastic bag with a sku label on it... I hope this is actually tartaric acid.. I plan to return and repurchase from someone who can send me what is pictured.
