Heath Ledger: An Illustrated Biography

This book arrived in mint condition and well packaged, this is a must for anyone who is a Heath Ledger fan, packed with stories from those he worked with during his films with some lovely not seen before photo's. There is much warmth of this character that comes through, what a talent, what a sweetheart, so very loved and so very missed. Definately one to have in your collection.

This is a gift for somebody who is a huge Heath Ledger fan and it's amazing. They're going to love it especially with all the pictures of him in there. They're going to be very happy.

v good book .good background information a bit glossed over regards heath's lifestyle ...perhaps this is for the best.It is just inordinately sad to loose such an extreme talent .He would have been a superb director and was only just beginning as a mesmeric actor who will have left a massive void to film .

This is a great book! A lot of pictures of Heath and a lot of interesting facts that I hadn't known before about his life!

Well constructed. Good book.

Very badly written, ended up skipping pages and picking out the interesting bits. Why quote lines and lines from films. I'm reading this because I have seen the films! I don't need a script!

I am a big Heath fan and I enjoyed this book. It was full of great big glossy photos. It had good info and was generally positive. One thing that I didn't care for was it went into detail of what happened in each of his films, if your a Ledger fan, you already know, so kind of a waste of time and it said many of his films were not hits, which only you can judge that but all in all I am glad I bought it for my collection.

最初に日本版を購入しました。毎日、何度も何度も読み返していくうちに英語版があることが分かり 興味があったので、購入しました。日本語版に比べると、サイズがやや大きくて写真などもクリアで美しいとおもいました。両方を読みながら、早世した才能あふれるヒース・レジャーを偲んでいます。

英語verだけど、読めれば翻訳よりも深くそのまま伝わってきて素敵な１冊です。 写真も満載で、最初から最後まで、写真集としても満足でした。

I consider this book a double-edged sword: it's beautifully written with amazing photos never seen of Heath, but it's a painful reminder of the loss of a man who, although already proving himself an accomplished actor, had so much promise, potential, and life ahead of him. I am still having a hard time accepting that I'll now have to read books written in memory of him, but this one helps heal the heart. A beautiful tribute to an amazing man who is sorely missed.
