Good little helpfull gadget
it's sturdy but could do with a little more sturdiness on handle but mines next to the wall so its sturdy enough and helps my husband in n out of the bath .

That it was study but not bulky
This was perfect for me after a hip replacement so felt confident in getting in and out of the bath and reaching into cupboards . Excellent product

Not suitable for elderly people
It turned out to be a lot higher than I expected. It was bought to assist a disabled person to access the bath but not very good due to height from the ground which is 28cm so not much help for elderly or disabled people. The handle also seems a bit wobbly but once on it it feels quite sturdy.

Tall handle good for balance.
I like the fact that it has a tall handle - you can’t put your weight on it - but it’s enough to give you balance. Handy for the tops of cupboards that I can’t quite reach. When I assembled this, I found it difficult to tighten the handle enough, so it was rather wobbly .....but a friendly neighbour helped me out and it’s fine now.

An item no household should be without especially if elderly.
I would not be without mine. It is lightweight but so safe and firm with the handrail and ideal for reachng into taller cupboards, curtain rails, top of wardrobes etc without the risk of using one's balance and easy to step on if troubled with arthritic joints as the handrail its useful to hold onto whilst stepping on. Fits under kitchen table easily out of sight. I obtained this one for a friend after she had tried mine. Delivery was very quick'

Very useful step
Top section of handle moves slightly in bottom section, the tubes are not a tight fit. but overall it is very useful, and I can recommend it.

This step with handle are unsafe!!
The Handel is very lose it may be we have a fluke item but have had NO reply from the suppliers. There is two buttons on the handle and only one of them is working. Please do not buy these they are unsafe!!

Assistance stool
I'm a widow but had no problem putting it together. However tightening the 4 screws was impossible. Had to get a neighbour to do it for me. I know that type of screw is necessary but as the stool is designed for people with mobility issues a different method should be explored.
