Great product
Got the switch with the whole bundle. Had a slight problem with the docking station. The customer service was hassle free and they took care of us right away.

TV dock not working.
It was a really good price. But when I opened the box, the only thing that worked was the Switch console. The AC adapter doesn't work so I couldn't even charge the Switch. The TV dock doesn't work. I can't get a signal to the TV. I guess it's because they are not original nintendo parts. Not worth it.

It doesn’t freeze and it turns on so fast
This is great a product and my son is obsessed with it. I can explain how powerful this device is for him and I am glad I got it for him.

Great item and my grandson was very happy!
My grandson just received his switch for Christmas and was so excited. I appreciate on how quick the present was shipped because all I wanted was to make sure he had it. I also bought the warranty for 2 years just because he is hard on electronics.

Issue with console but good customer service
So I bought a refurbished nintendo switch for my dad for father’s day and unfortunately the hdmi port was finicky and we couldn’t get the tv to read the console. Customer service was super helpful and was able to send a replacement. It arrived 3 days later and so far so good. Got it all connected and hooked up

Joycons didn’t work so had to buy new ones for $120 so that was disappointing on Christmas Day but the unit seems to be working fine…except for the memory card which didn’t work so cost us another $110 to get fixed. Pathetic.
