Took this on a trip to England and Wales. Held up well. While hotels didn’t have freezer or fridge in rooms I was able to store my insulin in hotel managers office refrigerator. Kept my insulin cold and I was happy with that. I got the orange to stand out while going through customs.

We purchased this for my husbands diabetic shots for our flight to Sydney Australia for our cruise! It worked perfectly as the trip to get to Sydney was in itself supposed to be a 23 hour event but our flight was cancelled so it was a 47 hour trip and the gell pack that came with the item was still cold and solid when we arrived on the ship and was able to put the medicine in the cabins refrigerator! Also, we had no difficulty going through TSA or customs in Australia with the medication in that package in our carry on!

Well made. Will easier hold 4 vials of Zepbound with room for syringes. Easily fits in backpack or a large tote purse. Very portable. This is replacing a Plug travel case for medicine.nice to have the cold water insert for extra cooler time.

I am able to get two Humulin quick pens and one Mounjaro pen in one OR four quick pens. I have tested the container empty with just the frozen pack and it was still at 40 degrees after 24 hours, so it's a keeper for long trips.

I have not used it yet, but feel it will work very well. Im traveling in two weeks so we will see. The gel pack and container storage looks great. I have confidence!

Well made, keeps insulin cold. Small design to fit in places for carrying.
