Works great and is consistent
After trying the home remedies with some slow moderate success, I tried the Zevo trap after reading good reviews. I was pleased at how quickly it works. Lots of bugs trapped quickly. It’s easy to set up and easy to change the sticky trap. My two complaints are: - the price (especially for the corded version) - the limitations of using the lower cost wall plug-in version—if your issue area isn’t right where an outlet is available, your results suffer But I determined I would pay the price for something that works well; hopefully a cheaper option that still works well becomes available sometime soon or Zevo becomes more reasonable. I also tried off-brand sticky trap refills, which I found to be worthless. The Zevo brand name sticky trap refills work just as great as the traps that come with the original purchase.

Fantastic Bug Catcher, Love it!
This really works great on most bugs/moths! However, it did not attract flies. Every other bug/moth in my house it caught. The filter was completely filled with bugs/moths. I got it last August, and wasn't having fruit fly problems at the time. I'm very curious if it will attract all of them when they come back. I also wonder if it will work well for an outbreak of pantry months. I'm thinking it will. The filter is really easy to remove, without having to touch the icky bugs/moths. I love this bug catcher, and will have it running all through the entire buggy season in Michigan. No more little, tiny knats or black bugs going up my nose. L.O.L. 😂

Excellent product! It works so well it's actually gross.
I had a massive fungus gnat problem. I used this (and eight of the regular Zevo plug-ins) to catch the straggling fungus gnats that made it through the copious amounts of fungus gnat killer I watered my 150+ indoor plants with for months. I have plants -- including a massive six-foot tall philodendron -- along a wall in my loft where there are no outlets because it's made of plexiglass. I used this with an extension cord to place it right by the philodendron, which was infested. I wish I'd have taken photos of the sticky strips when I removed them. They were foul. There was barely any open space free of dead gnats. The new strips (as well as the ones in the eight plug-ins, which were also covered in rotting gnats) have been in place for three days and so far, they've caught exactly zero gnats, which means I finally, Finally, FINALLY got rid of them. I could cry after dealing with this for over a year. I used two different fungus gnat insecticides every single time I watered for six solid months. (I had first used one for several months, then the other for several months. Each one on its own cut down on the gnat population, but never eliminated the problem. Both at once was the key.) Zevos alone will not take care of your gnat problem if it's out of hand. But if you're working on killing them off with insecticides or you just have a small handful, these are must-haves. As a bonus, they also catch large houseflies. Also, do NOT buy the generic refills. They simply do not work. I bought a huge 24-pack of off-brand refills and they remained empty during the worst of my infestation. The company kindly sent me a replacement pack, suggesting the first one was defective. After trying those, it became apparent they are simply not nearly as sticky as the Zevo brand. It's a bummer because the refills are $$$$$, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Pictures speak a thousand words, but I chose to use a thousand words to say it works instead.
I bought 2 kits (the Max tabletop version) with 6 refills (really only 3 "complete" refills, since it takes 2 at time). Not really sure you want to see yet another photo of a bunch of dead gnats/fruit flies/minions of spawns of hades, but these definitely worked for my situation. In less than a week both of my "traps" have accumulated nearly 100 pesky minions each. I just swapped to clean new refills and am eager to see how many more of these loathsome beasts remain. GRANTED, I need to find the source and treat there first. This is a rather costly means of dealing with the problem, but if you are pretty desperate (like I was/am), then this is a good tool in the war against pesky flying little beasts in the home. Honestly I almost wish I would have gotten 4 or 5 of these things but who the heck can afford that?! I really feel like 2 is the minimum you should have to feel like you are winning your battle, and that is quite a painful price to pay in itself. You can absolute rig something yourself to do the same thing, for significantly less, but I do not currently have the free time to come up with a semi-aesthetically pleasing dupe that ends up saving me, sadly. I have one more set of refills to see if I can troubleshoot the source and hopefully wage the battle there, because I will honestly cry if I have to buy more refills as these prices. There is nothing in these that attract pests other than the light, and the sticky surface is very sticky and very satisfying to watch a pesky flying annoying little rot-seeker land with just one foot touching and he can't get away. That being said, even as I type this, 2 just flew by my face, taunting me because they have avoiding going into the light. That will happen. You won't get them all this way, but you will put a healthy dent into their population. I just clapped one of those 2 into oblivion, and gently tapped his arse to the sticky tape...also satisfying. I feel like a complete jerk for reveling in the joy of smiting these things, but I am not sorry. It is attractive as far as bug catchers go, made of lightweight place and easy to wipe off the outside cover to keep it clean looking. The sticky refills slide in and out of the device easily and without tools. Peel the paper off the sticky trap (not hard to figure it out, they make is OBVIOUS), and insert into said lamp. When both traps are inserted, POOF! The light comes on and you become the bug staring into the light while you watch and wait for that satisfying first capture. The unit does not get hot, so burning of fingers. No chemicals I believe either. Naturally I stuck my finger on the sticky tape, because who the heck doesn't touch it??? If you feel like yours isn't working, then be smarter than the bug and move it to where the bugs ARE. Turn off the light in that room/area so that just the lamp is ON. The bugs then fly towards the light and you catch them FASTER. It will not catch ALL the bugs, it is a stationary object that does not actively seek out your problem. Your problem must be tempted to come to it. I gave myself this same lecture as I was setting them up, so you're welcome!

Over priced
not particularly effective. Very much overpriced. Would have returned if not used.

Effective and easy to use!
The best! I tried everything and this was the best option. I now have 3 Two at home and one in my office. I love plants but I hate the pest they bring. These have lasted me over a year and are so easy to use!

Not as good as the single version
So, I have had a Zevo single panel unit plugged in on one side of our living room for the past 8 months. It works great. However, with the summer & the kiddies going in & out we began having more bugs flying around the house & the single wall-mount unit was filling up more often. So, I purchased this Zevo MAX version which has 2 sticky panels & a central blue light. Well, after over a month now with this new dual-panel unit in the house, I have begun to notice the dual panel unit does not catch/trap as many bugs/insects as the single panel unit. What's strange is that this dual panel unit is located a tad bit closer than the wall-mounted unit to the back sliders. So, huh? the single panel unit I have noticed catches 4 times the insects/bugs as the dual-panel unit. Note, this is my observations and other user results as your own may vary (I hope I do not sound like a BOT - LOL). Anyways, I hope this helps.
