It’s great and works just like advertised. It retracts well and now I don’t have a tangled mess of a hose laying around.

Bought this in summer of 2024 and love it. No more tangled hoses and it was super easy to install. I have had no leaks or any issues. You just give a slight tug and it will release to allow the hose to reel back in. I mounted it to a steel fence post that is near the house and fit perfectly and looks great. It is all plastics outer case so no worries of rust.

The rubber belt that is used when winding the hose in and out is very weak and will flip over. It catches on the reel and when it flips over the design for the mechanism to move back and forth stops and the hose just loads up in one spot on the reel and causes it to bind up.. This happened less than a year. I emailed support and called the company, no responded from them. I like the look, build quality is junk. I had Gardena and working perfect, build quality will last many years.

Durable, retractor work well. A lot of it is plastic and not metal but it's strong plastic and I figure this avoids rust. I put it on my deck and it's perfect for hosing off the furniture after a mess meal.

I normally don't write review, but I need to write about this purchase. For the first few days was fine, but suddenly the mechanism inside started to get me problem. Did not goes in 100%. I'm not a mechanic to take a a part and investigate. Not sure what's wrong with it. I love this concept of the retractable hose. Specially when you have about 3/4 acres, makes it easier for a old man like me. Please any advice? Thanks

I hated to have hoses outside. They were constantly getting tangled and bending doesn't to turn turn the traditional reel just was not hole answer. Now we simply walk it out as far was we need and it stays there. When we're done a gentle yank and it reells back on its own. We bought a longer one for the back and a 90 ft model for the front. It's worth the investment!

I have purchased two of this a year ago. They are nice but they seem to not be holding up like I thought they would. The water hose on one of them sprung a leak (couple pin size holes. I always turn the water off when not in use, they are always retracted inside the box and under my lanais. Was hoping for a little better quality hose for the price of the product. Also the second one I purchased the rotating rod guide that moves back and forth as the hose is retracted to evenly distribute the hose back and forth does not work anymore so it all gets rolled up inside to one side. These are nice but feel for the price the quality could be a little better. I am in the process of contacting customer support now, hopefully they will help me with replacement parts or some sort of resolution.

Actual 90 feet hose reaches everywhere in my backyard. Only problem is with that much hose, it has a pretty stiff recoil spring which makes it hard to pull out. It is much heavier than any we've had in the past.
