iceQ 32 Litre Electric Cool Box - Red (240V AC & 12V DC)

Fantastic product. Bought this for camping so tried it out on a weekend away first. Plugged in the night before we went away on maximum setting then turned to eco. Very convenient being able to use in the car then plug straight into mains and both cables being attached to the box. Kept items cold as well as a fridge and plenty of space. Very pleased with it.

When I looked at the reviews for a cooler, I went straight past the ones for keeping the turkey cool at Christmas and looked for the camping reviews,So, if you're heading out into the wilderness, then this review is for you.Firstly, for the price per litre, this seems about the best I could find; you can easily fit half a dozen beers in, big bottle of lemonade, tubs of cheese, fruit, butter, milk and the next day's BBQ meat.Secondly, and most importantly, it keeps your food cold. We have been in the south of France camping for 2 weeks with 30 degrees plus every day and always had fresh food. You do need to be attentive to a few things to keep everything cool: swith frozen blocks every 24 hours. Do this at mid day as the box will be extra cooled from the night. By 4pm.... Lovely cold beers, but, equally important, the temperature will not have risen above about 6 C at any point.The box is robust. We ran it 24/7 without a hickup, both on 12 and 240. Continuously.Do be aware that it can gather water in the bottom, this is a symptom of the surrounding humidity, and not the box itself.The cable can appear to get trapped when closing, but I think it's designed that way!All in all, an excellent electric cool box for the money , ideal for summer camping.

It's a decent size. I bought it for use at home over Christmas because my fridge is not big enough. I used it on max cooling as I filled it with a lot of stuff. At first it coped well and kept everything very nice and chilled, but on the 5th day it was making a funny noise, when I opened it the cooling fan vent was filled with ice, so I quickly switched it off in order not to burn out the motor. Once it had thawed out I used it on the lower economy setting. I now can't find the manual to see if I used it wrongly or whether it is too efficient at cooling or whether it is a design fault!But it did keep all my salad and veg cool for the duration of Christmas so four stars.

Fantastic cooler served us well in Cornwall for 3 weeks .Kept cool even on hot sunny days I did fear it would pick up on the hot awnings temp so did blow a cool fan towards the cooler a couple of days but I didn’t need to.Nice deep divided capacity and attractive easy to use design .3 point plug and additional cigarette lighter plug which we used between camp sites in our T2 Camper

This is an excellent product, particularly for going camping if you manage to have a pitch with electric hook up. It keeps everything like milk veg and fruit fresh and cold. Then on eco-mode overnight maintains the temperature until it needs to start up again in the daytime. in addition, we have started using it at home for ice cold beer as it cools down the beer too! In these days when often things don’t always work as well as they are advertised to do, this is a standout exception. I strongly recommend this product.

This product is 1st class. It kept everything we loaded into it cool on a long hot journey. The trick is to put everything needed to be kept cool into the box already cool. Being able to transfer the box from car to hotel room was brilliant, and once in the room we switched it to ECO, and the unit was almost un-audible and kept the contents just as cold.This unit effectively acted as a room fridge. After a few days of use we had to empty condensation out and dry it, but this didn't interupt the performance. The only downside, if any, is that once the cables have been taken out for the first time, they are harder to put back. Excellent.

Bought ours because our fridge broke and waiting for repair, I rented to get one anyway for camping. Great product, good size and fits the bill for camping. It’s really quiet and once cooled on max setting, I set it at eco and it kept everything nicely chilled, even a 1.5 litre bottle of Diet Coke. Highly recommend.

I bought this cooler, because we drive through Europe quite often and we like camping as well. We have just come back from a two week journey through 7 countries in Europe and this cooler has been great. It was switched on for days at the time and did not have any trouble. It only has a little sound when switched on Eco and that is enough in the car to keep food and drinks cool. It is bigger than the average cooler, but still fit between the two backseat passengers in the car.I would recommend it!
