Just ate for dinner!
picked these up because I kept hearing people rave about Goodles, and now I totally get the hype. “Shella Good” seriously tastes like upgraded boxed mac and cheese — super creamy, cheesy, and comforting, but without that overly artificial flavor some brands have. The white cheddar flavor is rich and delicious, and the shells hold the sauce really well. What surprised me most is that it actually keeps you full longer thanks to the added protein and nutrients. It feels like comfort food with a little less guilt. It was quick and easy to make, which is perfect for busy nights or lazy lunches. I’ve even added grilled chicken and broccoli to turn it into a full meal. Honestly one of the best healthier mac and cheese options I’ve tried. Great taste, better ingredients, and still gives that classic cozy mac and cheese feeling. Definitely buying again!

Fantastic Flavor and Protein
I tried these after seeing a YouTube short. Needing more protein for surgery recovery, I thought I'd give it a try due to the more healthy ingredients. I followed the directions, it's important to let the finished product rest a little to achieve the creamy texture. I was surprised it's actually delicious. It's going into my regular rotation. I'm really impressed with the good ingredients to add protein. For the health aspect and convenience, I believe it's a fair value for the money. I mixed in a wedge of laughing cow cheese to my serving to make it more creamy

Tastes amazing!!
You’d never know it’s not traditional boxed Mac & Cheese! Glad I found a yummy alternative to high carbs! Sauce is creamy too. Definitely on my weekly shopping list.
