This stuff works incredibly well for me! I have been skeptical about different creatine products, But Creapure and BPN are the best. I can count on their quality. I would highly recommend. I hate taking creatine. I don’t like the aftertaste and the gritty texture. I have tried a lot of brands and BPN is the only one I have found that mixes well in water. While it still has an after taste, it is not as potent. As for effectiveness, I just continue to take it based on the research and studies and don’t really see any changes.
