Laptop is great... HP customer service SUCKS!
The computer works fantastically... but about 5 weeks in, the charger crapped out and quit working. (I know it was the charger because we have another one we could test that DID work) SO... the seller had me reach out to HP because they are just a dealer... well, that has been one of the worst customer support nightmares I have ever dealt with... it was a joke. SO, we ended up getting a generic brand off of Amazon that works like a champ, so we're back in business... but pray that you don't have to deal with HP directly, you'd rather have your fingernails ripped off your hands.

This HP 15 Laptop (15.6" HD Touchscreen, Intel Core i3- didn’t have a LED Backlighting as listed in the Specifications. I would not recommend this Buyer due to false advertising. My husband needs his keyboard with the lights on when using at night.
