it has worked well. The reason I bought was strip some small wire, well the wire was too small. I kept it and now have done pounds of other wire on it. Works great.

NO BOX KNIFE NEEDED
Another great gift for husband, My husband is a DIY guy, he uses a lot of wire, so he needed a safe (no box cutter) way to strip the scrap wire to remove the plastic coating. This machine does just that, its fast and easy. I can even do it. GREAT machine at a GREAT price.

junk
typical china crap. nice idea, but the cable quickly climbs away from the wheel which cuts the insulation. There should be some sort of guards which keep the cable in the trough to be scored.
