I wanted this pillow to be amazing, but it is terrible.The pillow was great the first night and it has gotten worse every night thereafter.The pillow Lowe's it's shape very quickly and you will wake up on a flat pillow. The cooling gel does not provide any cool feeling and has a terrible chemical smell. Wish I could return this - waste of money!

After spending a sleepless night due to neck/shoulder/arm pain, I sat at my pc for hours looking up ways to alleviate this pain. Finally came across these neck support pillows. I used to sleep on a memory foam pillow and a regular pillow stacked up. Since I started sleeping with a CPAP machine, I've had to learn to sleep more on my back so the mask doesn't get mushed on my face. This pillow allows me to keep my neck and spine aligned when either sleeping on my back or my side. No more pain while sleeping. Also, the cooling pad makes this pillow VERY comfortable in the summer when I go to bed already too warm.

UDATE: OK - Summer has come and this pillow cannot handle heat. The gel is worthless. And it goes flat once you start sweating. I’ve had 180 degree change of heart.UPDATE: it’s been a month or so and there still remains a smell that bugs me a little. Hope it fades soon.This pillow is a godsend. I’ve had bad luck paying upwards of a $100 for memory foam pillows and they were either too high or too flat. This pillow fits me perfectly since I sleep on both side and back. I’ve had severe neck pain for years and this pillow gives me perfect support. The cooling gel is a wonderful surprise.

Bought this to replace the neck pillow I received from a chiropractor. This is a little smaller, but just a bit firmer than the other one I had and much more comfortable. It’s my new pillow I use every night to lay my head on and my neck has had a lot less pain since I started using it. I don’t think it is quite as cooling as it claims, but that doesn’t stop me from using it no matter the weather.

I was skeptical at first . I had a pinch nerve in my next for over two weeks so I was desperate for a pillow . I bought the contour pillow and used it for a day didn’t know what I thought it is smaller then my other pillows but after one night without using it I cancel my return and kept the pillow and it’s been so supportive for my neck and body . I also looked into There memory foam back pillow and wow what a difference it makes . So happy with my save& soft products !

In the past I had a memory pillow recommend by an chiropractor and thought I would give it a try again. At first it does feel good since you are changing your regular pillow to a memory pillow. I have been having neck issues, didn't have any neck injuries. Just keep waking up with neck pain. I don't want to blame the pillow for not "healing" me. But I suppose its better than "My Pillow" which I also purchase and that doesn't help either. I think my neck thing is to go back and see the chiropractor which I haven't seen in years.

The reviews about the smell are true! I ordered anyway hoping for the best, but there is a definite odor (knocks you over when guest removing from the plastic) and it still hasn’t gone away. It’s day 3! I think it’s too small to help my neck issues. I’m a forearm under the pillow side/stomach sleeper and it’s not helping. I woke up worse today than before.

Pillow is too mushy. It compresses very quickly and does not bounce back. The cool max side does not stay cool. I am not using it.
