I got this for my Mom- ordered 20 inch, was a bit long on me. Returned it, got 18 inch, perfect on me... too short on Mom. Returned it & reordered 20 inch. Perfect for Mom!! But wish they offered a neck measuring chart with correlation to chain length or something. It had not dawned on me the fit would be different between us. Overall BEAUTIFUL!!
